When everything in your life gets put on pause because the music is so flat out gorgeous you have to just stop everything. So raw and beautiful at the same time its like a sweet punch to gut. Dan is the kind of guy I could image will never stop making music. 10/10 Beautiful as all hell
Looks like Dan Bejar is going to deliver the world another masterpiece. (Also: that run of Oliver Twists is one of the funniest things Dan's done in years, bless him.)
It's just a funny example of a classic text that has been adapted so many times that the notion that "working on the new Oliver Twist" constituting success has a kind of tragic irony to it, is my interpretation.

A nice song. Part of the good news is that the new album reportedly includes the song "a light travels down the catwalk" that Mr. Bejar has been playing live at least since 2013.
I was at burning man in my friends art car (old San Francisco trolley car) it has an amazing sound system, it was daybreak and we parked at the trash fence (if you know, you know) I played like 10 destroyer songs in a row, strangers got on the trolley to listen, after Sky’s Gray played this young 20 something girl blurted out, that is an amazing song…such an epic moment and such and epic song…
