She would be lucky if the defendant did not bring a lawsuit against that company and the owner for Workplace Harassment. She created an unprofessional and HOSTILE work environment that is against the law. She definitely should not be placed in any managerial role.

If he hadn't quit his job, he could have reported the issue to HR or the labor board for harrassment/hostile work environment and the fact her and the boss were in an inappropriate relationship contributed to the issue further. She works for a landscaping company doing work that surely involves getting dirty and yet she needs a $400 handbag, a hair straightener that she admitted she rarely uses, expensive perfume, expensive essential oils, mate, do flowers grow better because she touches them with her soft, perfumery hands. And who goes for a walk around their car or truck to make sure someone hasn't left a handbag under their wheels? One fact we didn't hear and that should have been brought up, was the bag on the drivers side or the passengers side?

The plaintiff was lying about everything and the judge verdict was correct. The look on the plaintiff's face was priceless at the end. You could literally see her go from astonishment to just losing all of the air within her body.😂 I'm so thankful that dad stepped in when appropriate and did not let this witch take advantage of his son. What an awesome family!❤

I think she’s not only ridiculous, I also think she’s a greedy liar! She probably added old broken phones, the purse was probably a knockoff and that’s why she didn’t bring it! This woman is ridiculous. I had to go to court to defend my old company in a similar small claims case. The woman was at a copy center that rented space in our hotel. While she was using a computer she put her purse on the floor next to her. Somebody came along and stole it when she wasn't looking. She blamed the hotel. So stupid! The judge kept asking her, "What did the hotel do wrong?" Her theory was that we have cameras and security and should have done something. 🤣 Some people just won't accept responsibility for their own poor choices.

$1000 in essential oils???..... interesting case......I liked the verdict, and speculating about what was really going on, why someone would leave their purse on the ground. She said that she was working with the gas cans. So why not put your purse in the vehicle while you load it? And I don't think this was an intentional set up, because no one is going to sacrifice their purse to frame a co-worker. But I'm curious. Why would she put her purse on the ground? Anywhere? Ever?

If your purse is that important and that expensive, it should have not been on the ground. She is delusional and irresponsible for $3k purse and contents being on the ground. Gtfoh!

Years ago when I was a teenager I cleaned a local Dr.s office. One day one of the providers was cleaning out her office and put a bunch of her very important files into a trash can to store them til she could move them to a new area. It wasn’t even an empty trash can. I guess I tossed them with the rest of the garbage that night. She was FURIOUS. She wanted me fired. Nothing came of it. No one was really sympathetic to her. The place was shady in general. I was hired as the only Janitor at age 12 and worked there until they moved in to a bigger building when I was 16.

This is just like someone laying thier purse on the ground and going to the bathroom and be mad that someone stole it.. careless neglect my dear. She neglected her items and wanted to hold him responsible for her irresponsibilty. Glad the judge ruled fairly!

Leaving her handbag on the ground anywhere is weird to me, and even more so to drop it on the pavement in a parking lot where people are working on lawnmowers just seems beyond strange to me. Heck...I don't even want to put my $50 Jansport on the dirty ground where people walk, spit, and worse, let alone a designer purse! The boss was wrong, too, not telling the woman that she was out of line, as was anyone who told her it was a good idea not just to file a lawsuit, but that she should go on the show! 🤣🤣

I'm trying to put myself in her shoes. I feel like if I'm rushing somewhere and I had my purse, I think I would either take it with me or put it on top of a car hood or something. Probably not even that I'd be worried about theft.
