Gotta love orn. He legit gets 0 damage items and quite literally oneshots every champ in the game. A gazillion base damage and infinite max HP damage for free for existing. Unironically unplayable matchup for 99% of ranged matchups if the orn lands _anything at all during 14+ minutes of laning phase_

I would say its not even S12, since Item rework we didnt really get anything besides 2 new drakes and like a few item rebalances. Durability update got completely nullified since it got added since riot didnt change their way of only buffing / nerfing by dmg and not trying to change utility or anything.
