Two ideas for challenges: - How many African nations can you get? There are over 50 of them, but I only ask you to do 10 minimum to win. Also, note that "Congo" alone doesn't count, as you have to be more specific. - Can you get all 12 South American countries? Bonus points for French Guiana.
One of the hardest challenges is actually to get something that already is taken up. For example, the phrase “cooked fish” and specifically “cooked cod” are both surprisingly difficult since sushi comes up first
Greece has lots and lots of islands, and so does Oceania. Australia is Oceania's main landmass, so if you think of it as asking "What's like Greece and has to do with Australia?" then the outcome is actually fairly sensible.
