first, you get your fife. then play a song for 3 times, without interruption. what I mean by interruption is no getting grabbed by runner, no getting grabbed, no taking damage, etc... after playing the song 3 times, you will get the badge.

They put they city on lockdown to prevent any further infection from the blight

The British were scared that the infection would spread further, so they destroyed Copenhagen and put the entire place in lockdown. Quarantine also exists, which means that we (or the players) couldn’t go and escape. 1:26
