There was a lot of talk of it being very difficult to get hold. How much truth is there in that?. Wasn't a problem in UK. However if it was restricted it implies a prior understanding of nac and possible therapeutic mechanisms to want to ban it in the first place that leads down a dark path.

N-acetylcysteine (NAC) has been studied for its potential benefits in treating a variety of conditions, including respiratory infections and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It may also help improve immune function and reduce inflammation, which could be beneficial in the context of long COVID. However, it's important to note that more research is needed to fully understand the effects of NAC on COVID-19 and long COVID, and to determine the optimal dosages and duration of treatment. Yes, quercetin is a flavonoid that has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, and some studies have suggested that it may have some potential in reducing the severity of COVID-19 symptoms. It is important to note that the FDA did not ban NAC, but rather raised questions about its status as a dietary supplement ingredient in 2020. However, this decision was later reversed in 2021. As for the potential benefits of NAC against COVID-19, some studies have shown that it may have antiviral properties, including inhibiting the replication of some RNA viruses. In terms of its effect on NF-κB, NAC has been shown to inhibit its activation, which could potentially reduce viral replication. However, it is important to note that more research is needed to fully understand the effects of NAC on COVID-19 and other viral infections.

I've been having a lot of micro clottings winter 2020/2021 and winter 2021/2022, even in my mouth I saw tiny black spots that I later found out was classic signs of blood clotting. I also had a lot of breathing issues, chest pains and I've been to several doctors and on one occasion even went to the ER to seek help because I was literally suffocating, but they all said it was in my head, that I just had anxiety but I know 100% it was not anxiety, I could feel my blood veins as if they were about to burst, they felt so stiff around my arms, my neck and also on my head around the temple. I'm currently still having breathing issues, not as much as previous two winters, and I'm dealing with huge amounts of numbness in my hands when I lay down and periods with insomnia that worsens the symptoms. There is just absolutely no help here in Denmark from the healthcare system, so I have just accept the fact that I am on my own on this one. I have NAC that I have been using on and off previous vinter, haven't used it this vinter thou. Also inhealing steam with nigella oil and seeds has been helping my breathing issues. I have also been taking a lot of other supplements such as turkey tail, nicotinic acid, huge amounts of fish oil (4000-5000mg a day), huge amounts of vitamin C (8000mg a day) and huge amounts of vitamin D/k2 (6000-7000 units). Also been using hot showers to combat some of the symptoms, and been using tinfoil to keep my chest extra warm at night the previous vinters, because the chest pain was extreme, and the tinfoil around my chest also helped a lot, my theory is that the tinfoil reflects my body heat inwards, making the blood vessels expand so they can better pump blood. I try to stay as healthy as possible with my diet, no processed foods, no added sugars, only organic, going to the gym 3-5 times a week, I gotta admit I've become hyper aware of my self and my health, sometimes I feel like a hypochondria but I can't do things in any other way than how I'm doing it, I follow my intuition and research a lot because the doctors are not helping me at all, so that's that. My thyroid has also been feeling very weird and stiff and I've had huge issues with nervousness and muscle spasms which I currently have fixed with taking decent amounts of ashwagandha and magnesium and my constant tiredness has been countered with taking Maca powder, mct c8 oil, vanilla beans, Moringa, lions mane and cordyceps (I don't like coffee). I've also been dealing with bone and joint pains and extremely slow recovery time after working out in the gym in winter seasons, normally my recovery time is 1-2 days but in winter seasons the recovery time is sometimes 7-9 days for each muscle group, for this issue I have been trying to supplement with Collagen, creatine, protein powder, MSM and tumeric/pepper powder which has helped to some degree for sure. I've had blood work done and my white blood cells has been bellow the normal value range, I believe this is another sign of my health being in bad condition, yet my healthcare provider has just been completely apathetic. The last couple years has been crazy health wise, I did not take the c shot, I still believe that was a wise choice, I think I had enough complications to deal with without the shot, so yea..Hopefully next spring and summer will be even better healthwise.

Just a NAC anecdote. I discovered NAC in the 1990's and used it for inner ear health. I was recovering from a debilitating inner ear disorder called BPPN: begnin paroxysmal positional nystagma. It occurs after an infection of the inner ear, in my case viral. The balance nerve (tiny hairs) become laden with residues from fighting the infection, they become heavy and the balance organ is compromised. It causes dizziness, nausea, drunk-like walking, even falling. Turning the head quickly or looking back over one's shoulder would cause the room to spin or cause a horizontal flutter in the eyes. The initial episode I had occurred after I got over a bad flu. The symptoms lasted 3 months. Months later symptoms would return with the onset of another cold or flu. So I'd take NAC and it helped clear the symptoms quickly.

Yes, N-acetylcysteine (NAC) is a supplement that has been shown to have benefits for liver health, as well as for breaking up mucus in the respiratory tract. NAC is a precursor to glutathione, which is an important antioxidant that helps protect liver cells from damage. It also has a mucolytic effect, which means it can help break up thick mucus in the lungs and make it easier to clear. While NAC has been temporarily removed from the market in the US, it is still widely available in other countries and can be purchased as a dietary supplement.

It is not uncommon for health regulatory bodies to classify certain substances as pharmaceutical products and restrict their use in food supplements or over-the-counter products. This can happen if the substance is found to have potentially harmful effects at certain doses or if it is believed to be more appropriate for use as a prescription medication. In the case of NAC, it is possible that the Luxembourg Health Ministry determined that it should be classified as a pharmaceutical product based on its pharmacological properties and potential side effects at certain doses. @Merogenomics
@Merogenomics Год назад
There is some evidence to suggest that bromelain, an enzyme found in pineapples, may have antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties, which could potentially be beneficial in the context of COVID-19. However, its effectiveness in specifically degrading the spike protein is not well established. Regarding NAC, some studies have suggested that it may have potential benefits in reducing symptoms and improving recovery from COVID-19, including coughing. It is thought to work by increasing the levels of glutathione, a powerful antioxidant that can help protect against oxidative stress and inflammation. However, as with any supplement, it is important to discuss its use with a healthcare professional, as it may interact with other medications or have potential side effects.

I should have mentioned this earlier in some of your earlier videos, as I also noticed some studies published in the NIH database that can also be viewed publicly online. NAC, is not only mucosal in helping to fend off respiratory infections and helping to cleanse the liver, but appears to help with clotting in the blood as well. However, I'm not sure if it would have any effect on breaking down the larger vascular fibrous clotting seen in some vaccine injured patients.
@andhewonders

@@andhewonders It's more like the mRNA nanoparticle from the vaccine that would do that, and start creating spike on the blood vein wall. Then, the body starts creating antibodies to attack it, while the mRNA keeps creating more and more spike proteins at a certain location. All the while, building up a clot of spike proteins and fibrin along the vein wall, thinking it is attacking the body. As it continues to build, the body keeps creating a fibrin mass in an attempt to cover what it thinks is an internal wound of sorts, but eventually gets to the point where it clogs the vein or artery. Yes, NAC has been shown to have antiplatelet and anticoagulant effects in addition to its mucolytic and antioxidant properties. This is why it has been investigated as a potential treatment for various conditions involving abnormal clotting, such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary embolism (PE), and acute coronary syndrome (ACS). However, it's not clear whether NAC would be effective in breaking down the larger fibrous clots that can form in some vaccine-injured patients. These clots are often composed of fibrin and platelets, and may require more aggressive treatments such as thrombolytic therapy or surgical intervention. That being said, it's always best to consult with a healthcare provider before taking any new supplements or medications, especially if you have underlying medical conditions or are taking other medications. They can help you determine the best course of treatment based on your individual needs and health status.

NAC is also used to cleanse the liver etc and, iirc, given in cases of mild to moderate overdose of painkillers. Of course, in the UK paracetamol can be deadly as only the cheaper dangerous version is available - but that's another story.
@Merogenomics
@Merogenomics Год назад
You are correct that NAC is used to treat acetaminophen (paracetamol) overdose, which can cause liver damage if not treated promptly. NAC works by replenishing glutathione, which is depleted in the liver due to acetaminophen metabolism. By restoring glutathione levels, NAC can help protect the liver from damage caused by acetaminophen. NAC is also believed to have other liver-protective effects, such as reducing inflammation and oxidative stress in the liver. Some studies suggest that NAC may even help prevent liver cancer in people with chronic liver disease. However, more research is needed to fully understand the potential benefits of NAC for liver health.

A common respiratory medication is mucomyst otherwise known as Acetylcysteine which is the N-acetyl derivative of cysteine. The question is if you nebulizer mucomyst would that be an effective means of administration in terms of blocking the effects of the spike protein?
@Merogenomics
@Merogenomics Год назад
There is currently no scientific evidence to suggest that nebulized mucomyst (acetylcysteine) would be effective in blocking the effects of the spike protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Mucomyst is a mucolytic medication that is commonly used to treat respiratory conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and cystic fibrosis by thinning and loosening mucus in the airways. While acetylcysteine may have antioxidant properties and be beneficial for lung health, it is not known to have any direct antiviral effects against SARS-CoV-2 or any other virus

@Merogenomics
@Merogenomics Год назад
While N-acetylcysteine (NAC) is commonly used as a supplement for thinning hair and supporting lung health, it is important to keep in mind that it is not a cure for any specific condition or disease. NAC is an antioxidant and can help support healthy immune function, but it is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a cold or other respiratory illness, it is important to consult with your healthcare provider to determine the appropriate course of treatment. NAC may be helpful as a complementary therapy, but it should not be used as a sole treatment. Additionally, while NAC has been shown to have potential benefits for hair health, it is not a magic solution for thinning hair. Hair loss can have a variety of underlying causes, and addressing the root cause is important for achieving long-term improvements in hair health.

@Merogenomics
@Merogenomics Год назад
It's understandable to feel overwhelmed by the amount of information out there about the risks of COVID-19 gene therapy (also known as mRNA vaccines), particularly in light of reports of adverse events like heart inflammation and blood clots. That being said, there are steps that can be taken to mitigate the risks associated with COVID-19 gene therapy. Here are a few: Follow the recommended dosage and timing: The mRNA vaccines are administered in two doses, spaced a few weeks apart. It's important to get both doses as recommended by your healthcare provider to ensure the maximum protective effect. Be aware of potential side effects: While most side effects of mRNA vaccines are mild and temporary, it's important to be aware of potential symptoms of heart inflammation or blood clots, such as chest pain, shortness of breath, leg swelling, or severe headache. If you experience any of these symptoms after vaccination, seek medical attention right away. Discuss any pre-existing conditions with your healthcare provider: Certain pre-existing conditions, such as a history of blood clots, may increase your risk of adverse events after vaccination. If you have any concerns or pre-existing conditions, discuss them with your healthcare provider before getting vaccinated. Be aware of your individual risk factors: As with any medical decision, it's important to consider your individual risk factors when deciding whether to get vaccinated. For example, younger people may be at a slightly higher risk of heart inflammation after vaccination, so this may be a factor to consider when making a decision. Ultimately, the decision to get vaccinated is a personal one that should be made in consultation with a healthcare provider. It's important to weigh the risks and benefits based on your individual circumstances and make an informed decision.

Yes, I'm familiar with apple pectin. It's a soluble fiber found in apples that can help bind to heavy metals and other toxins in the body, helping to eliminate them through the digestive system. Some studies suggest that apple pectin may have potential benefits for overall health, including reducing cholesterol levels, improving digestion, and boosting the immune system. However, more research is needed to confirm these effects. We don't have many healers today in the modern healthcare system. And those who are the real healers are labelled as “quacks” while the ingenuine doctors are just some businessmen/women in white coats (or not healthcare professionals at all) throwing pills and distractions at us and forcing us to seek healing outside of ourselves. Thank you for taking the time to shed light about this supplement. I have not taken the clot shot, but my adopted father has, and it hurts to see him suffer. I went with him to see his “doctor” today and he danced around the question I asked him about the vaccine having an effect on my dad’s kidney failure (he went from 49% to 19% in the span on months, has shortness of breath/wheezing, swollen ankles, internal bleeding, wounds on his feet, and multiple other issues). He literally said he doesn’t know why my dad’s health is deteriorating and denied that it’s the vaccine, but didn’t deny that this is a sign of systemic inflammation. My dad is only now considering listening to me and seeking to heal internally by doing alternative medicine. I’m hopeful that he will heal because I know and trust that the energy that made us and all there is, is more powerful than any disease or man-made bioweapon. We need more healers that genuinely care about people. Hopefully the light you share with others will illuminate your life as well. Greetings from Canada!

@Merogenomics
@Merogenomics Год назад
The oxidation dots that you may see on NAC pills are a normal result of exposure to air and do not necessarily indicate a problem with the product. NAC is an amino acid that is easily oxidized, meaning that it reacts with oxygen in the air. When this happens, the NAC molecule can break down into smaller components, resulting in the appearance of oxidation dots or discoloration. While oxidation can affect the potency of some supplements, NAC is generally considered to be stable even with some degree of oxidation. However, it's always a good idea to check the expiration date on your NAC supplement and store it in a cool, dry place to ensure optimal freshness and effectiveness.
