just made me a hero deck on master duel im here to learn the ways

For some reason Xtra hero cards have been banned in my master duel for a week or so, but when I check youtube or master duel meta they show decklists like this using link monsters that are banned in my game. Can anyone help me with this?

I swear this guy has like 20 extra deck cards. How did he have zelantis/lilknight? I also don’t like how he’s convincing me to spend 300+UR on a hero deck 😭🫨😱😡😡
