30:44 you can see this in the Obi-Wan series too. Niño Organa speaks down to leia for being adopted and is rude to droids for being “lower life forms” (while droids technically aren’t alive, it’s still bad)
Im pretty sure the Rebel AR is based on the M16 and Commando ARs that the USAF used during the Vietnam War. Also there were Separatists that were fascists, such as Dooku, the mercenary groups and cartels, and the Council/megacorporations, that committed atrocities. I know the 2D Clone Wars isnt canon anymore, but in Volume 2 of that series there's a montage of the Trade Federation carpet bombing planets and enslaving beings, and the Techno Union kidnapped Nelvaanian (the blue lion aliens that inspired James Cameron) males and used them for experiments. Even in Canon the Techno Union committed atrocities.
That's exactly what I was thinking. Like I get that the Separatists had good intentions, but just because they had a reason doesn't excuse the amounts of warcrimes they committed in both the 2003 and the 2008 series of the Clone War. If anything, it just shows how ignorant and naive the "good" Separatists were that they never check to see if their Generals and armies were actually following the rules of war or something. Remember Ryloth? Remember the bioweapons in Naboo?
@@gamearegood4962 or how Shu Mai ruled her planet? Or the how the Trandoshian slavers and Zygeerian cartel participated in trafficking for the Separatists? Or how the Trade Federation carpet bombed an entire planet and put the monks/priests in chains by the masses? Or how in the Young Boba Fett books it was revealed that the Trade Federation aide from AOTC was involved in child trafficking? Of course the Republic was more corrupt and the likes of the Empire, the Sith overall, the Hutts, the Pyke Syndicate, and Czerka Corp were way worse, but lets not act like the CIS were 100% benevolent like the Rebel Alliance was. The CIS would be best compared to the communists nations like the Soviet Union, China, Cuba, Cambodia and Albania if we were to compare Star Wars factions to real life powers.
the biggest thing i actually like in this Battlefront is that the Tickets are actual Soldiers and not just a number that ticks down to win. Aka. Make sure that all Enemies are dead
I was confused about star killer bass at first, but it turns out that it blows up an entire star system of planets, not just one planet in the film. I think it does mention which system, but I can’t rethink of top of my head, always love your content thank you
You make a great point about the Seperatists being right. What many people don't realize is that the Empire didn't "replace" the Republic; it grew out of it. All those racist, evil Imperials came from somewhere. They were already in the Republic, like Tarkin. Palpatine just let them unleash their true nature.
The Jawas will actually repair any droid close to them, including seperatist forces. They can also win a CTF game if it's set for a single capture. (More accurately both playable sides are considered defeated.)
The sequel trilogy could’ve been the yuuzhan vong as the main antagonists. Aliens from outside the galaxy. So threatening to the force itself. Even the dark side and light side users must work together. And maybe they could’ve used both Rey who’s a dark side user and Kylo Ren as a light side user. A made Jedi knight. Who would embrace the dark side. Some fan fictions made even Luke Skywalker look more legendary instead of a wimp. A Jake Skywalker
Professional would you ever consider doing a play through of halo? Consider your doing battlefront it’s another sc-fi shooter you might like. In fact it revolutionized FPS games
Certain turbulent locations would choose to support the empire. In there eyes, fascist overrule was better than organized crime. They would often learn to late how wrong they were
I think it's about specialness. Jakku seems bland as there is almost nothing unique about it other than being a pale imitation of Tatooine. Both have scavenging economies, both have lawlessness in the wastes, both had an imperial military presence at one point, both are deserts, and both are the starter planets. Why not make it Tatooine? At least Tatooine had more uniqueness, like the moisture farmers, the cantina, the Krayt dragon, etc.
@@billybob7135 considering how much peope bitch about Tatooine getting too much "action" and people complaining Force Awakens was copy of New Hope i think it was good call not to bring Tatooine to that story. Plus Jakku is unique enough imo. That place has cool lore with Palpatines observatory and Battle of Jakku. Plus seeing all that destroyed Imperial and Rebel machinery gave Jakku unique look
My gripe with it is, It’s clearly just bootleg Tattooine so They could do a rerun of A New Hope for nostalgia bait. Allot of Stuff in the sequels are just bootleg OT stuff instead of fresh ideas.
Love your videos!! Have you ever thought of playing any games from the Gangstar Series like Gangstar Vegas or Gangstar Rio. They’re just as fun action and story wise as GTA
What was Alderaan like during both the clone war and the rise of the empire? Why was the rebellion so bad that it ultimately got destroyed? How special was that planet really because that is one of the only planets I never got to learn about in lore videos
Professional I don't want to be a bother but you actually didn't finish the Republic campaign in the last video you were supposed to head to the next level on kashyyyk I think you may have gotten that planet and the last one you were on in that campaign confused
Depends on where it strikes. On the outside, it'd either get shot down from miles away by the turbo lasers if not completely blocked by the shield most likely. But it would definitely decommission it if it nailed the hangar or bridge. After all, an A Wing was able to knock one out by crashing into the bridge.
You need to finish your thoughts damn it’s annoying when you get going on something interesting and mid way through switch to a different topic then back to previous topic
