OrnatePuzzles here! So awesome to watch you play my deck. Big thanks to Yugret and Bosh :) 46:20 made me laugh - Ragavan being terrible vs Yawg made me cut it for 4th BCG. So far the only MH3 card i've added is a copy of Six over a Klothys. T2 BLOOD MOON 4 LIFE
There is a Bosh and roll fan that yearly produces a "clip show" of all the top Bosh and roll moments. I hope that user grabs the clip of Bosh calling for "big draws big draws" and then the disappointment in forest.
Random engagement comment: I hate that the RU-vid App doesn't let you set 720p as default. I will literally never watch a video on 480p and I don't particularly want to stream 1080p on mobile. Why do they give us a "high quality" default option instead of just letting us set it to 720p? 40% of the time I open the app, I have to go into settings to change the quality.
More engagement: look up Revanced if you have an android phone (idk about IOS). Separately from its adblocking features, it lets you restore the old video quality settings and set a specific quality as default!
Beating the snot out of a mono-red player who disrespects your time like that is always satisfying. Lots of respect for the deck brewer. It feels like they made a lot of relevant decisions for the meta.
@@sobman I've been that person too, but I still think it's fair to be annoyed about objectively annoying behavior. We should withhold judgement of the person, yes, but even if it's not their fault it's still satisfying to see him get the W over an annoying opponent
@1:08:05 - am I missing something really obvious here? It seems like play Karn, grab Ensnaring Bridge, play Boseiju + haywire mite to get hand size to 2 and gain 2 life is a solid line that would semi-stabilize until they find an answer to bridge. Or do they play a Karn target that can just nuke the bridge?
Sure, but then what's your plan? Not dying doesn't win you the game. There might be a fringe 0.1% line to win but why waste clock on that when you can just go game 3 and play a game that isn't insanely one sided?
@@thekilla1234oppo's at 2; Bryan has 2 lightning bolts, 1 Bonecrusher as immediate wins, and 1 wrenn as a (riskier) option over 2 turns. IMO playing to a 4-outer is well within the bounds of reasonableness, and that's without getting into what happens as the game stalls out. But again, that's all assuming my line actually works, which is not a given.
Round 4 game 2, play haywire mite, play karn, play boseiju, tutor with karn for ensnaring bridge. They need to find removal for bridge before they can play the game and theyre at 4 with ring eating at their life total
I played non karn ponza in modern for years, and even with 4 fury and 2 Chandra i still felt like i needed more removal. I don't know if we can be tier 1 without fury. Dedicated aggro is really tough
16:15 Unless it was weird editing, I think you just named a card you wished you could get out of your deck & then submitted 61. EDIT: Whoops, there are 15 cards in your sideboard, this is just 76 cards total, never mind.
In game 2 your opponent misclicked and let you have Wrenn and Six so in a way it's only fair that you later misplayed and let them kill Wrenn and Six for free.
1:08:00 There were a couple of mistakes in this game. At this point you could Karn for Ensnaring Bridge and stay in the game. Earlier you could easily have Stomped their Karn leaving you able to tutor something better than a symmetrical Pithing Needle.
How would this be considered Land Destruction? 1 pillage? Like I have just started the video, but calling it an LD deck seems like a stretch. I mean you can equally say it is just as much an “artifact destruction” deck.
@@DiscardatRandom Karn blows up 0 cost artifacts. Which he can turn lands into with the help of Liquidmetal coating. Which means this is more “artifact destruction” than land destruction.
