It’s indeed absolutely overpriced ! 150 k€ for a house with almost no land that needs at least 40k€ to be renovated inside and outside.the Portuguese marked is totally unreasonable. Ask the Portuguese what they really think about this, no those who sale but those who would like to buy. They already are pushed outside the main cities and now the countrysides even the isolated ones, thanks to many foreigners (English mainly). Fortunately, the Portuguese government starts thinking it’s time to stop this nonsense according to the locals difficulties to buy.

Crazy price. We guessed the price as you don't mention it on thr video....we put this at €120k

You don't understand the Portuguese market. The price is very reasonable for a totally renovated 3-bed house in perfect condition. Very difficult to find houses in this condition in rural areas, with good views and no neighbours overlooking you.

@@perolagrande you say totally renovated. I saw at least 3 areas with water damage. I'd question the quality of the renovation if it was failing less than 10 years in.
