Question for you What is the difference between loose setting powder and loose finishing powder. And when should you use them, and where do you put them, and do you still have to use a press powder afterwards.

hiii I'm all the way from Barbados 🇧🇧 so I'm a black girl trying to learn how to do my own make up and I have many questions lol 1. should the concealer shade be 1 shade lighter than your foundation shade ? 2.should the bronzer shade be one shade darker than the foundation shade ? 3.ive been looking at blushes and I've seen pink,red and even orange coloured blushes should I just choose one depending on preference or is there a particular shade that I'm supposed to use for my African skin tone ?? 4. how do I figure out if I have oily or combination skin ? do you have a video where I can determine this ?? 5. should the press powder I would use to set the foundation should that shade be the same shade or colour as my foundation shade?? 6.should the setting powder be the same shade as the concealer shade ? 7.what eyeshadow palette do you recommend for black girls that has neutral colours and also some fun colours??

I have a question, does the time it takes to apply makeup decrease as your makeup application abilities improve? I started seriously wearing makeup when we went into lockdown in my country, in order to practice without embarrassing myself. Hello young lady, I have a question for you, do you look into if your makeup has cancer causing ingredients in them, and if so what are the brands you use even from a inexpensive store? I'm interested in learning what makeupvthat black women use that are cancer free.. I've learned that even if they say organic it isn't. Thanks 😊
