did you replace the water supply line with a longer one? if so where did you get it?

Also, for the fabric softener, I use the liquid detergent dispenser, which is the thing with the slots at the top of the tub above the lint filter. Sometimes I use the Downy ball too, which also works great. It pops open during the first spin cycle and disperses throughout the load while it is spinning.

Hi I was wondering if you could help - I just got my machine yesterday and whenever the machine enters the spin cycle it sounds like the machine is banging into itself, it will then revert back to the wash cycle and add more water.. whenever i try to manually put it on the spin cycle it spins for a few seconds, stops and goes back to the wash cycle.. any suggestions ? thank you!

I HAD PROBLEMS INITIALLY AND FOUND THAT A PIECE OF RIGID PLASTIC NEAR THE PUMP HOSE INTERIOR OUTLET WAS NOT REMOVED DURING SET UP. IT LOOKS LIKE PART OF THE MACHINE. ONCE REMOVED ALL IS GOOD EXCEPT THESE DARN HOLES IN ALL MY NEWISH CLOTHING. AS THOUGH GETTING SUCKED TOO HARD OUT OF THE DRUM? ANY SUGGESTIONS??

SIX MONTHS IN I HAVE MULTIPE ROUND HOLES IN ALL OF MY CLOTHING OLD AND NEW. FABRIC IS NOT BROKEN DOWN AT ALL BUT HOLES APPEAR MANY ON THE CLOTHES AND DISH TOWELS. THE HOLES SEEM TO BE THE SAME SIZE AS DRAINAGE HOLES IN THE MACHINE INTERIOR. ANY ONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM? I AM FOLLOWING ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND NEVER OVER LOAD.

I have had my HLP23E washer since 2010 & I love it...it is the largest machine that I could find that fits into the corner of my bathroom. I have the hook up at my bathroom sink faucet and I have it draining into the bath tub. Even though we have a laundry room in our apartment building, there is nothing like having ones own washer. I have the Whirlpool portable dryer, which I stepped up to after having the Haier dryer, as it's companion, since it holds much more than the Haier dryer...

For easier access I would remove the shoer doors, if possible.

in rental building our management dont allow machines in suit/unit. but I need badly any clues how to use them and they should not know....since I am in mississauga and 3 kids lots of time to do down stairs loundry u know. and its so messy dirty room .

There is a fabric softener dispenser, on top of your washing basket. You just poor it before you start your machine.

did u see the danby portable twin machine and panda twin tub machines plz give me ur openion how are those vs urs

are you using a 1/2 inch to 3/4 adapter on the shower arm to the supply line?

Sergiopa2002 thank you so much for these step by step videos on the haier washer and dryer. I got mine today, and am so happy with the dryer. The washer not so much. I am experiencing three problems. During the soaking cycle the timer does not go down, then I get an E4 error code. I open the lid, and close it, and it restarts. The biggest problem I have during the wash cycle, the water just runs through, the clothes dont get tossed at all, I just dont know what to do. Walmart is not of much help. Do you have any insight in this? thanks!
