Also Dhanush is a big star now , so his dad or bro could have done the same to anyone, Dhanush is talented but he was groomed by them, so I am saying why would they just pick a random guy off the street and make him a star. Agree with you, my point is if you were in such problem what action will you be doing? As for me I don't need anyone to prove that they know me such as Visu, I am 62yrs old retired and settled in NZ but I still recall my childhood memories such as my class teacher while in Malaysia primary 1 (age 7yrs) till now. If it happens to me I dont need to go to court to decide, I will just go and meet that couples and respect their loss of a son who looks like me and solve the problem very easy. Now new issue is about suchitra in which he still on silence, seems he is loosing respect day by day.

It really depends on situation if that family didn't agree and went to court maybe they are doing under influence of someone.
