Hey man I hope you’re properly doing the bodily fluid treatments. By that I mean using the proper chemicals and techniques. I say this because I used to do detailing but 2 years ago switched to commercial truckmount carpet cleaning. There is a proper method to treat bodily fluids. Here’s our method that works 98% of the time. We use bridgepoint systems and a chemical: called bio-release, bio modifier, bio break and then an acidic rinse through our solution/pressure line. First, pre-spray with bio-release diluted 1:4 let dwell for 20-30 minutes, then extract, anything left over repeat this step. Next we use bio break 1:8 just our standard cleaning chemical on 80% of jobs, then extract. Final step is Bio-modifier Extreme diluted 1:4 this is an enzyme after treatment. Spray on lightly and leave it NO extraction needed for this step. If you choose set fans in place while wrapping up the job. Your standard carpet chemicals typically don’t have protein modifiers to break down fluids and fully extract. Some might but most don’t. With this method we don’t have call backs on 98% of pet/bodily fluid treatments! Good luck hope this helps!
