@@ocshine.detailing most definitely. This interview was spot on... I usually detail with shades on any way... "He's in the field" you asked great questions and he's a conservative minimalist... I'm the same way...

I like using rinseless when not that dirty and for quick washes in not i use the 2 bucket method alot of people be surprised that u can actually wash a car w the rinseless and dnt really need a hose to wash a car

is a water tank necessary for detailing? am i able to use a 14 gallon water bucket and be good?

You could get away with those 7 and 14 gallon water jugs (Walmart camping section) to have about 14 gallons to provide gravity pressure to a pressure washer, and the 7 gallons for 3.5 gallons in a wash and rinse bucket. In a 5 gallon bucket you only use 3-4.5 gallons depending in vehicle size for perfectly safe cleaning. From my research I've seen that 26 gallon mobile detailing tank can do 3 or 4 sedans. If you're just trying to start like I am, then 21 gallons should be great for just 1 vehicle, whether it's a sedan or van

I recommend minimum 35 gallons. If you’re doing rinseless you can do so many cars with it

I live in Australia and pretty much no detailer uses a generator and own water. everybody uses the clients, why does do customers care in Amercia? the amoutn you use wouldnt even show on their bill

It’s a different culture here when it comes to using other peoples resources. Using distilled water in a personal water tank is a great way to not leave water spots in general. Its varies a lot with the customers preferences
