But since it doesn't what do the people, (not the separate white, poor, educated, wealthy, young, cisgender, undereducated, old, black, gay, Asian, Hispanic...)our Baltimore people think will help. Pointing out problem after problem without a solution and then pointing out problems in tentative solutions without a solve is a huge part of a problem. We have to be more involved.
