So after realising that you was not the wanted suspect they all left the park at the nearest exit instead of resuming the search for said suspect in the park. Think you was set up Reggie 😡
It looks that way doesn't it. Knowing I've just come from Adlington 10-20 mins up the road, would've been totally visible on the cameras making my way to Chorley 🤬
@@ReggiePhoto 'Distruption tactics' Reggie. You mentioned driving behind a police vehicle just prior, they most likely noticed you going in the park, you're probably being monitored.... The clue is, if you're not the 'axe guy' running around the park, why weren't they in any rush to find them when they left you?⚠️🤔
Meanwhile four coppers leave the park, knowing there could be an ALLEGED axeman within the park roaming freely, because they are all drinking tea in the police canteen, why are they not still out there looking for this alleged axeman who fits your description?
the same thought, maybe walk a bit further into the park to check if there is another suspect walking around with an ax, but no, walked right back out of the park, a bit strange.
its evidence they came just for reggie .. they used an earlier report or a made up report to cause him harassment alarm and distress.. they prob know who he is or just dont like his face or drone
If they were looking for someone with an axe, why did they go back to thier car and station immediately after searching Reggie and establishing that he didn't have one? Surely if there was a genuine report of someone with an axe they would continue the search of the park. They are LYING!!
the police station in this town is literally right outside of the park, just behind the houses on the right at 1:55, but still the search wasted more time than would of helped them actually catch a person with an axe
No chance was there any "man with an axe".That was targeted for who you are and what you do 100 percent. Especially with his attitude towards you at the station. And then you get people who wonder why the police need to be held accountable. Clown world.
@@momentsofyesterday same as how quick it was apparently all over at the station too with the detaining tyrant just casually hanging around the station.
They were there for you REG , if there was a mad axe man , why did they not carry on their search?? I hope your going. To take this further How can anyone hide an axe 😂😂 complete muppets
Strange they didn't seem to be too bothered trying to find the person they were supposedly looking for after they finished searching you, they just all walked off as if this mysterious axe man had just vanished.
I suspect that the plod were doing the dirty work for the female officer that looked like a man from the previous video, there was no axe bar the axe they wanted to grind.
Reggie, I'm telling you that Sgt plod had foreknowledge of what went on, you were stitched up and ambushed mate! Her body language, the smirk when you spoke to her, coupled with the plod at the end handing you the search record then saying tough shit, totally knew who you were. So if someone had made a call about a man with an axe, that call will be logged right. I bet it ain't!
Ask for the CAD number, you're entitled to it. It's a unique number, computer generated, when the call handler takes the initial call & dispatches officers to deal.
An inspector, two sergeants and a pc saunter their way back to the station while they believe there is a man roaming the area with an axe? The sergeant who handcuffed and searched you and then said tough s**t when you said your wrists were hurting is a nasty piece of work.
Reminds me of the Pink Panther when Inspector Clouseau is on the beat and asks a busker if he has a licence for his monkey while there is a bank robery taking place behind him
Please take this further it’s one thing to be stopped and searched but once they swear it needs to go higher. Nice to see the four do the walk of shame.
WOW!! I'm so angry watching this!! And the sarcastic 'go to a&e' and 'tough shit' response at the end?! What the hell!! 😡 The bullies can't get away with the way they unfairly treated you. Seems like power has got to their heads the bunch of clowns 🤡 🤬
@@andrewcoupe9528 they stopped searching for a suspect immediately after, when he was cuffed and being search 3 stood around rather than looking for anyone else maybe ching the description. 2 sarg, and an inspector on scene, yeah pure intimidation, or search for ID.
Funny how they just forgot about the whole "axe person" after the search was done and just vent back to the station. So if there was a person with an axe they just didnt care did they ?
Well they did once they had dealt with Reggie. I think if someone matches a description that could be dangerous we all want the police to detain and search that person. The handcuffs I can see why they would want to. And I can see why it’s annoying. But it’s for safety. Many people do attack the police who seem peaceful and cooperative.
@@dogpound7162 not really. It depends how far away they are or how long. If they can find that person and keep an eye on them pr better detain them to stop them hurting anyone I think we all want that. I think Reggie rurally over reacted. We all want our kids and family safe. If they honestly got his description then they did the right thing.
Hay Reggie , I hope the wrists have eased off a little . I was just starting to listen to that Sergeant and then he took the piss and swore. He didn't say stop at a comfortable distance to ask where you had come from and what you had been doing . This would have assured him that you was no threat and an honest bystander. The other guy [ jo public] was a pest he should have stayed out of it .Not being able to do you for an axe the wpc sergeant asks about your drone license [ do you need one ?? ] The drone has a number to prove insurance or ownership I think . Keep up the good work . One more thing ...If an axe man was on the loose in the area why had they no Tazer and why just walk off together ending the look out. I smell a rat.
At first, I thought the stop and search was a reasonable request, if there was a report of an axe, however, their failure to continue looking for the actual axe carrier, and four of them to search one person makes me think this was a grudge search. You need to do more in the area to see if they do have you tagged.
What happened to their search for person fitting your description carrying an axe - the alleged reason for the stop???? The four of them just wander off disgruntled and dejected in a huddle of collective confusion, OBVIOUSLY disappointed that they didn’t find anything to nick you for? Surely, if the alleged grounds were genuine, there is still a person at large in the area carrying an axe who they SHOULD be searching for. Yet apparently not. This suggests you were targeted. The presence of a PC, followed by a sergeant, then an inspector and another sergeant is extremely suspicious. My guess is that either your phone or your vehicle, or both are being tracked. You need to ask a lot of questions to get to the bottom of this nonsense. And get your claim in. There were zero genuine grounds for that unlawful detention and search.
Absolute proof they were not searching for someone with an axe because they all just left the parks straight afterwards. They should all be sacked and the fact that nothing will happen is proof we cannot ever trust the police. All of them were willing participants and the whole force circles the wagons. Absolutely disgrace.
@@sheffieldzamo7444 Indeed. They all literally act out roles in a fake scene as if they are in a play or pretend game. And that probably includes the dog walker, given the way he was conveniently there and volunteered his cop like ‘advice’ so readily. The only honest man there was Reggie.
just a thought, but you could request a copy of ALL data the police hold on you (this includes all paper files, digital files and video files) under the data protection act, you will have to give your name but you don't need to tell them about your RU-vid alias, that way you will know if they have tagged you to being an auditor or linked you to grudge searches
They knew you had no axe, they use the term of ‘ match the description’ as easily as saying cup of tea. If they were really serious about you having an axe then the man with a dog would have been shouted at to get away from you. They love violating peoples rights, they get a kick out if it. The only way to teach them is to take them to court and make them pay for it.
Always ask them to say exactly what description they were given and when. I’m not sure but maybe you can do a FOIR on what was said. Chances are it was nothing like you
Exactly if they thought Reggie was an axe man and they care about the public so much, why let the dog walker stand next to him. This is a reprisal for auditing police.
Absolutely shocking behaviour by those tyrants. Absolutely unwarranted search! I hope they are made to pay for this. Please get a good solicitor on this to teach them a lesson. Bunch of 🤡🤡🤡🤡.
Lol a good solicitor soon as you mention it was a police officer they all declined unfair justice for the working class who cannot afford thousands for a solicitor wouldn't you agree GN law who badly let me down claiming I did have a case but they can't take it any further because I'm Outnumbered 14 to 1 and it's costing too much money I'm puzzled why he said don't bother doing anything leave it to us and I honestly trusted him and I did leave it to him and then you'll be kind to take it any further what type of solicitors GN law
So there's an axe man in the park matching Reggie's dress code, so let's search Reggie and confirm it not him then quickly vacate the park. Well if it were true surely they'd be all over that park, wouldn't they?
It's definitely not legal Dale Steel. There will be a trail of breadcrumbs. From the member of the public who made the report, the call handler who issued the report to the cop. Learn how things work.
I got burgled and could not not even get a pc to come and investigate they said a shortage of staff your for cops that probably cost the tax payer's over 1k to arrest you for walking through a park ,we have far to many police with nothing to do getting paid over 1k a week and a million pound pension when they retire free dental treatment free health insurance. Brilliant video Reggie .
Interesting. An axe is not exactly a small item. A quick pat down and a quick look in your bag is more than enough to determine if you have one or not. Pulling items out of the bag or your pockets is them abusing their search powers to look for other items not related to their declared search. Give a solicitor a call, I am sure there exists case law on this.
They also didnt need to handcuff him. A request to hold his arms out while they patted him down would have been appropriate. Nobody can quick draw a hidden axe that fast.
@@ReggiePhoto i got a too short temper to deal this clowns like this, i would got the taser and prob another hospital visit due to changing pattern of heart rate like last time. these days i know to film all, even better when they do not know your rec like not notice dashcams and dig hole for themselves but i never tell tell them im rec just deal with court later on
After watching this, my advice to any 'bat shit crazy' axe murderer is, before your next rampage inform police that Reggie is roaming the area with a camera, then feel free to go as berserk as you wish. Reggie will be their priority while your killing spree is totally ignored.
They were that concerned about a guy being seen in the park with an axe that after searching you they just wandered out of the park and off to Mc Donalds.
This happened to me but a gun. I had literally just left Church and was with my mate who’s training to be a pastor. The mental torture i was put through for 6 hours has damaged me completely.
Carrying an axe in public is legal. I walked down the street with one to split a neighbours logs for them during the summer, so I thought I'd better check.
I don’t understand why if the police officers were so concerned about a supposed axe man, why did they casually leave the scene without a further continued search having confirmed you weren’t the axe man? The axe man might still have been lurking around but instead they saunter off for a tea break. I suspect there never was an axe man, they knew who you were and they had a score to settle. I had a similar experience in Chorley not far from Astley Park when walking home from work around 15 years ago and although not handcuffed the experience left me with a bitter taste due to the way I was treated.
Every time they stop and harass an innocent person like this, it just further divides the police from the public they falsely claim to protect and serve. This is one of the many reasons such a large number of people hate their law enforcement officers.
5:40 onwards - "what you been filming?" "Chimneys" I'm sure he then said "police." This was definitely a setup, they wanted details so badly. They want to circulate so they can intimidate and dox details for future orders.
Funny how they didn’t seem that bothered that there was an axe wielding man on the loose after they’d established that it wasn’t you. Did they ever find him? It would be interesting to find out about the contents of the call.
The description on the stop and search form was that a man was seen in the park using a axe erratically against trees 🤣 was the person not looking to gather firewood or something.
@@quaverpants You can still get it. Since the cad was about reggie he makes a SAR for it and for the tape of the call. No problem in blanking out the names, or a transcript of the call. Make sure you ask for the times of the call, the times of the CAD and the CHS as welll if one was made. Very very hard for them to get away with not providing it, particularly when you say, you will have to deliver as part of discovery, so do not destroy it. For DPS they have a major issue now. Do they deliver and admit the officers lied, and were in cahoots?
Do the police realise just how much interaction’s like this will provide ammunition for a negative response from the public.Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.
V for Vendetta.... that was absolutely shocking took me a couple of days to reply without swearing....🤬 I'm glad you are safe and sound Reggie 😎 It seems like the Met has got an email that the public hasn't... just imagine you wasn't filming ... Satan's little helpers would have gone rogue.....
How come they are back at the station when a man with an axe is on the loose? Something very fishy here. I suspect they just wanted to identify you for some reason. Great video mate.
thats actually quite plausible never thought of that, this is the park in the town i live in, much of the area behind the school where the police mentioned he was located/seen, is just wooded area with paths going through it, he could of literally just been getting wood 😂😂
Well do a public record request to see if they were really looking for someone with an axe. This just looks like a sneaky way to get peoples details. File a complaint anyway and let them proof you if this copper was was abusing his authority or not. Did you ask how big the axe was, because they would have found it on you without taking all that stuff out of you bag. 100% retalliation and torture with them handcuffs.
A simple pat-down and a look in your bag would confirm that Regi did not have an axe. It would have to be a very small axe to require a full search. It does look very much like a set up.
What a load of Greg’s sausage roll eaters! All them coppers for a man with an axe even after the negative search no hurry to actually find the suspect! Shocking
No axes to grind Reggie 🤷♂️ How big or small was this axe supposed to be 🤦♂️ They were certainly in no rush to continue the search for the alleged axe carrier, they all slowly strolled off.
Asked for Reggie's name 5 times in an illegal search which was endorsed by the inspector, and clearly used a made-up man with an axe as a reason for the search. Then Reggie's name was asked for a 6th time at the station, however at least the desk sergeant didn't insist you need to give it.
If I ever got robbed the only number i would phone is 101, getting a cad number for my insurance claim. That's all the help i would ever receive from public servants.🇬🇧
Classic case , the phone records for that report must be released , they are lying , THIS IS A GRUDGE , MP needs to be involved , they must be sacked without pension , all records surrounding this should be made available , the fact one says I expect this will be on line later SAYS they already know who you are
Strange how when they searched you they just left the park!? Why didn't they go into the park and look for another guy 'matching that description'? I've been to this park hundreds of times, i used to go with my daughter and dad regularly. Keep up the good work Reggie 🙂
Very suspect indeed. Please take it further for the sake of Jo public. I also hope you reported the police in Blackpool last week for harassment. That was awful. Please update us the viewing public and great fans of yours on all these matters Reggie 😮
‘We’re looking for an AXE, so we’re going to start looking in you smallest pockets’. Jokers, when will the Police understand its interactions like this, that breeds the contempt the pubic have towards them? They didn’t look to bothered to chase anyone else down as the sloped away…
I would 100% of expected them to plant something on you back in “the day” thank you for recording these interactions… these useless waste of space are just disgusting!
So there's a man about with an axe near a school, yet after they were happy you were innocent, 3 of them stood around while the other copper uncuffed you in slow time. The other three could have gotten on with urgently hunting for the axeman. That is if he ever existed, which is highly doubtful by the way they casually strolled off towards their vehicle at the end, without looking around staying aware of their surroundings.
4:44 So PC 3222 takes everything out of your rucksack to look for an axe. An axe that was obvious enough for a member of the public to see. Even a small axe is something that can be easily seen with a quick examination of the rucksack. He's either following his training script and not engaging his brain cell or he's got ulterior motives to literally empty your rucksack item by item.
@@DMC888 I am going to agree and I shall raise you its standard practice to look for anything that they can ACTUALLY arrest you for. An illegal search looking for an "axe" would suddenly look legitimate when they pull an eighth of green from your pocket.
Definitely an ABUSE OF POWER..!! With a bit of luck the real Axe man was watching them and now he's biting his time to deliver justice on them Lol They'd crap their pants if it was all true and they'd encounter a real one ;-)
It reminded me of Swawshank Redemption, where Andy managed to smuggle an axe in, to chisel out of the most secure prison in USA. Of course this was Hollywood and not Lancashire.
@@rsmickeymooproductions4877 Ah yeah. I remember. In my top films ever. Not a spot wrong with that film. I don't think it would have the same effect if it was Strangeways. Can't really envisage Morgan Freeman narating in a Lancashire accent.
That was a contrived setup. Never would an Inspector, two sargents and an officer just so happen to be in the park. English coppers are getting more bent as the American police. What an embarrassment
This is frightening and disgusting, we've already seen how these people treat even old people over the last 3 years they deserve no respect from anyone, and no help from decent law abiding citizens.
