My feet are wide and the outsides of my foot hurt tremendously. I have to take a break when skating so sometimes ill sit to relieve pressure, and my feet still hurt while being in the skates
Hey, thanks for this vid. I bought my shoe size but they were too big (lots of room in the toes) so I went 1/2 size down and it’s better. I did notice that my heels do come up a bit but I’m afraid if I go down another 1/2 size that it will be too tight on my feet. Any suggestions?
You really want the smallest pain-free size you can get your feet into and your heels shouldn't move at all. Going by shoe size isn't really recommended despite what the video says; you should measure the length and width of both feet and go by that. You could try tightening the laces and buckles more or wearing a thicker sock.
