This example unfortunately uses ages, which is a minefield. I was 20 until the last day before I became 21, so the mid-class value of 16 to 20 ends up being 18.5 years old and not 18 as suggested here. You have skated over the difficulties of discrete data, continuous data, and the quasi-discrete data that age ends up being.

WTHELL --- this is the second video that has given me a wrong answer. It's very hard to learn when you think you've got it, but the video says otherwise. I guess we're all human.
