shockwave68516 This is not a high explosive and it it NOT detonated like the stupid title says. They have to mark large (massive) low explosives with that label due to the size and volume of just that one shell. No fireworks are really high explosives. I hate when people use detonation incorrectly.
Alright , 25+ years an no results , time to calculate your ( investments ) into that scam and come up with a plan , stop throwing many to the wind , put those dollars in a box for couple of years ,then open it up at take your lady for a nice dinner
RAIMUNDO FERREIRA you know what if I can get all the money back that I had spent trying to gamble to gain bigger money I think I would do okay it wouldn't be a lot but it would be nice enough to take a nice vacation on
When the explosion consists of a fission reaction, rather than just the rapid expansion of burning chemical compounds. I'm sure you're just trying to be funny, but how's that even supposed to be a joke? There's really no comparison whatsoever...
+SD Card The truth that the joke was terrible. Taking offense to me pointing that out, even though you don't know me (since that seems to be an important consideration to you), indicates that you're much more comfortable in the protection of your own little bubble. Additionally, your vain insults make you no different than how you're accusing me of being. But still, you're obviously a better man than I, despite all evidence to the contrary. I'll leave you to continue believing that.
Without some reference for scale, it's hard to say whether this looks "big" or not. Maybe superimpose a standard firework simultaneously on the screen, so the two can be compared
with that amount of work and time u guys put in, you guys couldve gotten a lot of dope videographers that would LOVE to volunteer!!! i wish i couldve seen this in person though, looked amazing!
That must have scared the living shit out of people in the area who weren't expecting it. Especially if they just heard the boom and saw a big flash of light. It would scare me.
I'm fairly sure you can't just strike it up off a stake in your back garden. Pyros that size need a pretty powerful license (whether you're US or EU) and he said they launched it from a mountain. There was probably nobody even close for a mile for safety
I know some Veterans who would be going for the closest gun they could grab while trying to dig there bodies as deep into the ground when that fucker went off.
Very cool video. I had a good friend, a licensed Pyro technician, setting up a fourth of July event when something went very wrong. All the motor rounds ignited, he and two friends did the only thing that they could, diving under their pickups all three were instantly killed. It was in Comanche Texas, his name was Dr Russell Reynolds. What a good man, what a HUGE tragedy
Please. There is a very specific definition that is being overlooked here. This is NOT a detonation, this is a deflagration. One of the most magnificent Deflagrations in the History of Mankind. This DEFLAGRATION took many many hours, days, weeks of planning and real work to bring to fruition. It is a true Work of Art. Hats off to those who made it possible, from the Planners, to the Legal Experts, to the Folks Who manufactured this magnificent Piece, to Those Who were Privileged to have Shot It. This DEFLAGRATION is Amazing. This is NOT a detonation. To say so would corrupt the Artistic Intent and the True legal meaning of this Work of Art.
+Jason Axford where the fuck did you get that from? I said auto correct changes the words I'm trying to type, your acting as if I said "I let auto correct do everything for me because I trust the internet with my life". I just don't feel like changing it because there's no point, you still get what I'm trying to say so why should I waste my time trying to fix one little mistake when I have better things to do with my time, you fucking mong
You missed a bunch of periods in your long-winded comment. Where did the period go at the end of it? It's like I'm left waiting for more. Don't leave me hanging.
Here in portland, Or. we have an unobstructed view of Mt Hood and this shell would look awesome if you could launch it from Timberline Lodge and explode over the summit. I've always thought it would be cool to project lasers on to the mountain and use it as a huge sign to read from Portland. Thanks for sharing.
Fantastic, used to live in Aspen, 20 years. Loved this baby ! WOW & WOW !.Kat Kerr says she's seen fireworks in heaven and we can have all the fireworks we want there. Watch her 150 videos on you tube. She's been to heaven thousands of times.
***** Better tell that to these firework guys they're the ones that wrote it with permanent marker on the side watch the beginning of the video you Millennial snowflake
You can tell the sucker went since there was about a 1 second delay between the firework explosion and the sound. What's the altitude? That should give a rough estimate of the speed of sound where it was detonated
As a former bomb disposal technician and licensed high explosives manufacturer, all I can say is "Impressive as a M=+*^%#~€r!!!! What grain size was the BP lift charge?
in San Diego on July 4th about 5 years ago all the fire works went off at the same time so it was like one big grand finale I think that is better than this imo
When someone started using explosions for entertainment instead of war, was when humanity started to show its good side. let's hope this trend continues.
It may have only lasted for 10 seconds. But that video was a great 10 seconds. The only thing which could have made it better would have been for me to be present at the time the fireworks had been launched to have seen it in person.
