6:52 that used to be such a drop off from the ren cen and then the financial district. Hudson's impact is best seen here.

What if it was said that, there will be 2 to 3 million people moving back to Detroit. Do you think Detroit would be ready for that? Just asking a realistic question! Never know, that day or years to come. Especially when Detroit is slowly changing!
