Kinda. This is a 3D model, based on a real person. And a voice actress was used to record all the line she says (for this game most actors did their own voices but her in-game likeness has a different voice than in the menu so that was even another voice actress.) So at least 2 people and a team of developers and artists trying to pretend it's AI. 😄

@@hugovangalen Well, are you saying all physical characteristics and movements, and mannerisms of this girl are that of a Robot ? and just the "voice only" is that of an actress ? If that's the case, it won't be long before they get the voice right, with lip movements etc. I do not personally believe she is a Robot at all, but could be wrong on this. The girl in this video is a real person - has to be.

​@@grantp4022 3D graphics are crazy these days, it's a 3D model, but the mannerism are motion captures (they put dots on the faces of actors and then they can apply the movements to 3D models). This is all rendered on a video console. And yes, the voice is by a voice actress. So it's the game designers interpretation how an android would look in 2038. I think that's the developers intention. The game is about androids going deviant: they are not programmed to have emotions but some start to act like they do. Perhaps the character in the menu screen is having an existential crisis.
