It's not a great quote, it's just a fact. Androids don't have emotions. They can, at best, emulate emotions. We, the players, have emotions, and when we play, we give our emotions to our android characters who will emulate them, thinking that they feel them. The game is well done because it makes you believe that the androids have surpassed the status of emulators (which is impossible) through the fact that you control one (so you, as a player, think that you're not emulating emotions since you're alive, and when you control an android, you be like "well, I am alive dammit "even though it's impossible for the character you're controlling to be a living being (unless you completely redefine biology itself). We have the same issues with people who say they are women when they are clearly men. These are just defective machines. Like a guy just wants to have sex with his sex bot and he die from it like wtf is going on.
