I see them splitting against the Bears and Packers, losing at Arizona because they never play well there, also losing at Dallas and the refs again, Houston and San Fran so 11 -6, Don't get me wrong, I think they will be better than last year and still make the conference finals at least but as you said the schedule is harder.
Should be a great season for the Pack and Detroit. The NFC North is stacked. Ive been a diehard Lions fan since I was 6 years old. Respect from a Lions fan to a Packers fan.
I say 15-2 . We can run the table but there might be a game or two where we get complacent. I see is beating the texans and Seahawks, losing once to both the pack and bears, it winning both of those and listing to San Fran and the colts.
I don’t know why you will be surprised they always struggle against Seattle and you know this 😂😂 not to mention they got Mike McDonald too a coach which you struggled against last year with only putting up seven points against him
Seattle specifically Pete Carroll knew how to match up against Detroit better than any other team Detroit played in my opinion. Going into the 2024 season on day 1 I think Detroit has the strongest hand of any team in the NFL .....it's a long season though.
There’s going to be to much talent in the secondary this year for teams to get 30 plus points like they did last year. It might take them a while to gel.
I have heard no one talk about the fact that the lions were robbed of the 1st seed beacuse of the Dallas game, other than the fact that SF might have played weaker because they knew they were getting the 1st seed anyways but still as things played out the lions would have had the 1st seed if the refs didnt mess up. everyone always talks about how they were robbed of the 2nd seed but it was actually the first
They weren’t robbed of it though. SF rested their starters week 18 and the Rams squeaked out the win while resting their own starters. SF doesn’t rest their starters if they were tied with Detroit , and they beat the Rams backups, and still get the #1 seed. This would have made Detroit the #2 instead of the #3, and the loss would have dropped the Rams to the #7. In either scenario, the playoff matches are exactly the same. GB would have been the #6 played at Dallas. Literally everything stayed exactly the same. It had 0 bearing.
I got us 13-4 losses to Bears, Packers, Seahawks, Texans or 9ers, I only say 9ers cause it’s a real possibility we’re resting starters, Texans I’m not sure yet they still have to prove that they’re a lock to be contenders each year.
@@dougieman927 they were playing for the 1st or 2nd seed in the NFC that’s why he didn’t rest starters. My comment about being 13-4 and resting starters at the end of the season is me assuming they’re the number 1 seed next season.
Yeah, screw the Packers Vikings and Bears. We're going to beat all three of their asses twice this year. I see us going 14-3 this year and going back to the Conference Championships if not making it to the Super Bowl.
Did you see who the rams drafted ! Donald who. King is dead and long love the kings. Bucs and rams are not wins , you’re underrating them because we beat them in the playoffs but one of those are an L
Im sorry, what do you mean no defensive line? Have you not paid any attention? Alim McNeil, DJ Reader, Hutch? Davenport is a bit of a question mark with the injuries, but with his experience and leadership and the new D-Line coach, i am expecting Matthieu Betts and James Houston to improve quite a bit. And even IF they dont, Reader MUST be double blocked or he screws everything up. He did that a lot with the Bengals. That leaves Hutch and McNeil 1 on 1 and thats going to go poorly for the unfortunate souls that have to deal with that nightmare. D-Line very much improved over last year. Not to mention with a revamped secondary, that buys the D-Line more time to ruin everything for the opponent. The corner situation may be new, but it has a lot of high end talent. I dont see it falling on its face, or even stumbling all that much. Carlton Davis is a veteran. He will be able to push the young guys around him to be their best. He is a leader.
This guy lost all credibility when he said Packers lose at home week 9. Sorry the kittens are going 0-2 on the Packers this year and Jordan Love has closed your Superbowl Window 😂🎉
