Who do we have who can play SAM? Barnes was our one decent SAM. It sounded like Coach Campbell was going to sit Ragnow down. You have to feel bad for Davenport - the hit that he took that got him injured was an illegal hit or at least was borderline. Unlucky on the injuries. I have a theory that all injuries have gone up for every team because they've backed off on training camp and preseason physicality because of this concussion thing. The players just aren't as tough - not getting tough enough in camp. It's that same thing as players who leave college early and they have an 80% higher chance of injuries - not getting that physicality in long enough to toughen them up.
