The Detroit Lions trade up in the 1st round of the 2024 NFL Draft to pick CB Terrion Arnold out of Alabama. Brad Holmes has knocked the draft out the park in the past 3 years. Only time will tell but off the cuff this seems to be another serious and huge move for the Detroit Lions. Arnold was selected at 24 overall as the Lions traded up to take the DB earlier than their 29th pick.

First off love this pick so much ! Secondly I’m glad Brad traded up instead of trading back because at this point our team is very solid throughout and we actually need more Star talent instead of depth talent we get that with Arnold. Lastly I don’t get the people who cry and feel like every draft we need to have 7+ players each draft class I rather have at this point of Detroit’s roster have 4-5 good players

Every sane person knew we needed a CB. He got arguably the top CB in the draft. Anyone who thinks this is not an A+ pick needs to stop wearing souvenir helmets in the batting cage.

Great pick. After they built the cb position up so much over the off season, I thought they'd probably go with the trenches. They obviously think this is the player that's going to make the difference. Can't wait to see him on the field
