They won by 2 this time, against a division rival. I told myself before this game, if Detroit wins but it's close, Minnesota means business this year. The Vikings are a great team and I would not underestimate them. And they'll eat the Rams for lunch next week. 🐏🍔

The biggest aspect of the game that will be overlooked is that the team had all momentum going against them in the 1st and the 4th and never let it faze them.
The aspect of the game that will not be mentioned is that the officials did all they could to stop the Lions and any momentum.The officials sent the message to the Lions defense early that if they even laid a hand on a vikings player, it was going to be a penalty. That is how officials get defenses to back off. Also, the entire defensive line was held and had their face masks pulled on EVERY play. When the idiot announcer said "there is no pressure on duharnold" and they showed the play in slow motion, you could see EVERY Lions player being held. Why did the rocket scientist think there was no pressure?

Yeah. Brad Holmes said in many post draft interviews Gibbs was going higher than analysts had him projected no matter what. Whether it was the Lions who took him or someone else. He’s an absolute stud.
What everyone's missing is how great the Vikings played today. And they're 5-1 like the Lions. This highlight reel left out, I believe, the Jefferson TD and all three Reichard FGs(he's perfect, 12/12, for the season by the way.) I mean SKOL. 👿
The Vikings are also awesome. Darnold was still 22/27. Jefferson, Addison and Nailor combined for 223 yds. That Detroit INT was an amazing steal, i'll admit, but they cut out a bunch of the great Vikings plays(and scores, like a Jefferson TD, as well as 3 Reichard FGs, one for 57 yards) in this reel. Well, it's most certainly on. 😎
I think many of us across the US have been rooting for the Lions, particularly upon reaching the playoffs, on behalf of you loyal Detroit fans that have been waiting...With the Lions beating the Vikings in MN even without Hutch, we'll look for you at the Superbowl!

Lions are undoubtedly the best team in the NFC division now. Branch, Gibbs and Goff played at a high level. Campbell should not be allowed to take chances with 4th down so close to their end.

Monte had a rough game. With as good as he's been I can't be mad. But this team really picks up the slack for each other. That Vikings D has been elite and the Lions still carved them up. Crazy how hood this Lions offense is.

It was a great game. My Vikings did so much better than what this video shows, all the key Vikings scores are edited out. The video even starts at 10-0 Vikings. I mean wtf?
Huge win. A statement to those thinking the Lions aren't contenders anymore. I still think we need to get an edge. Not just short term for this year, but long term to finally get someone opposite of Hutch to be consistent. And to make life easier for Hutch going forward.

This reel isn't honest though. The Vikings clearly played better than what we were shown. We aren't watching the truth. The reality is the Vikings are a damn good team who played a great game today, it's just all their big scores were edited out of this video.

Hell yah I live in Florida but from Michigan. I lived in Canton, usually it’s referred to Canton/Plymouth because they are together geographically. Nowaske is from Canton and Hutch is from Plymouth. Go Lions!!!

The linebackers were on fire making one on one tackles all game. Secondary cleaned up the penalties and really locked it down. Awesome to see the defense step up in the face of adversity once again. Predicting game ball to the linebacker room
