Dev is such a smart and eloquent guy. Dunno what it is about movies with tumultuous productions but I'm always interested in how so many great films are created in such a chaotic environment. Glad he managed to fight to get this made and I'm really looking forward to seeing the movie 🍿🇮🇳

You should watch those Asian movies that he mention then you will know that John wick is just a cheaper version😂😂😂 it's the habit of Hollywood to overhyped a movie that is highly inspired from Asian movies then make it the standard, as if no such movie or fight scenes was ever made in the whole world. I guess Hollywood fans should expand their movie horizon

@markustran777
@markustran777 2 месяца назад
@@moimoi3681 Lol don’t tell me what I should watch son. The only movies I watched as kid was Asian cinema. Jw isn’t a cheaper version, if anything it’s a more expensive version. What JW does well is world building and aesthetics combined with creative lore, and other things. JW has every single kind of action sub genre combined into an ultimate action franchise. It’s got car chases, gun fu, h2h combat, big stunts, weaponry, ninjas, cowboys, unique set designs. You dissing a movie that put all that together and made it work while also paying respects to Chinese/japanese/korean/western cinema just shows you’re a fuckin hater. The movie has hype rightfully so is because of people who understand the art behind these action movies and the attention to detail Chad and his team puts in it. JW still isn’t industry standard, the standard action movie are marvel or fast & furious movies. JW is held in high regards. If you can’t appreciate different kinds of action movies then that’s fine, just go complain and cry somewhere else.

john wick 1 man army schtick... yawn. dont care how cool it looks these are always made by theater kids whove never played a sport or been in a real fight or seen someone get shot. the most trained dangerous pro fighter cant take on 7 guys in 1 room. look at how javier bardem kills the police officer in no country for old men, it is a violent struggle and strangling him takes minutes and hes got crazy deep cuts on his wrists and the entire room is filled with scuff marks from the struggle on the floor. thats from 1 guy who didnt even get much a chance to fight back where it went perfectly to plan from the villain
