Castmates of Tyler Perry’s “Sistas,” Devale Ellis and Crystal Renee Hayslett stopped by and shared their memories of Soul Train. “For me, it was waking up on Saturday mornings and learning new dance moves,” said Hayslett.
Devale Ellis said he shared the same memory of waking up on Saturday mornings. “At that time Shamar Moore was on the show -- he can’t dance but he was a really good host,” he said. Ellis said he remembers Shamar going from hosting to acting and saying, “if he can do it, I can do it too.”
