Your thesis and analysis about Thevar Magan movie is mind blowing. One of my favourite movie of all time.When ever i am upset or happy.I use to watch this movie.More over till i remember during my school days ,when my dad and mom when they want to go for 2 - 3 hours outside for a work or function.They use to play this movie on the deck .I love this movie that much.
The compelling journey of Sakthivel, from a normal, self-centered, typical man, (who wants to stay away from his obligations or one who escapes from his responsibility) to The Hero of masses! I think from the beginning, the fight was more internal, inside Sakthivel! The kind of attitude he had at first half, when he enters his village and gets along with his clan. And how he got shaped towards climax. Its like a perilous Black hole, which succumbs Sakthivel into the vicious world of his clan. But even at adverse situations, by holding humanity, Sakthivel rises to Hero stature! I personally feel, could have mentioned 'THE GODFATHER', from where Devar Magan was inspired. The credits for the original story and screenplay should always be given! Devar Magan is one of the best and interesting inspiration from the classic, THE GODFATHER! Nice one! Wishes!
