I would not say the game is made that well. Don't get mad already, no doubt it is one of the best releases this year, but i have quite a few things to say. First, the progression is LINEAR. You cannot tell me that its non linear when you only get xp from mining, woodcutting, etc. and its under 1% of ur exp. The main quests and side quests are 90% of the time killing enemies. Sounds linear to me. The xp from the main quest isn't even enough to lvl up once past 30, so the only way to get levels is now to repeatedly kill the same enemy over and over. It isn't a bandit beater, though, makes you think during combat unless you are massively over leveled. The main quest is boring as hell, there isn't anything unique to it. It's just go talk to this guy, kill 50 enemies, kill more enemies, kill boss now. The side quests suck too, as there are some that have you kill 50 enemies for a 5-10% chance to get something and you have to redo it over and over to finally get something, like the mount quest. I personally like Arcane Odyssey much better, because it had variety to main and side quests, for instance the Ravenna stronghold on the main questline where you had to sneak around. In this its just killing enemies. Overall progression isn't as good as most of you would think. It's just Blox fruit but you have to think. Now for the map, yes, it's stunning and looks beautiful but is filled with a whole lot of NOTHING. ALL you can see is enemies, you walk/ride to those enemies over and over. The towns other than the main town are empty and there is just nothing you can see besides enemies most times. Graphics is the only thing that makes it look good. Gambling and game passes. Gambling sucks in any game in my opinion. For instance, trait rerolls can't be obtained in game for free, so you buy robux in order for a 0.1% to get the best trait. Trait systems just suck, just give a race some buffs and leave it. Makes it more f2p. Then I have already talked about the side quests for mounts/weapons/pets. There's a 5-10% to get the actual good thing, if you don't get it the game basically says "Nope go kill 50 more enemies OR buy this mount for the low low price of 5 bucks!". Game passes are greedy, map pin pointer should be free. The battlepass should not exist, you spend 1500 robux to basically be p2w if ur leveled up, you get weapons that normally take days to grind for (and by the way, there's a chance for that to fail so if you do you can fail). Game passes are greedy and the gambling sucks, end of this section. Graphics! You know they look good and so do I! Combat is very good and probably the best part of the game. As I stated before, you actually have to think with the combat which is ground breaking for Roblox. Parry isn't strict timing which is good in my opinion. I think the weapon system was handled well, but for legendary/ unique weapons they have the same move sets as commons which is odd to say the least. You get 3 abilities and addons to those which is a good thing to me. Bosses are pretty good, except Karnak you need a team for him so unless you have friends go to discord. The enemies are just reskins so I can't say much of those being good. Overall, I would give the game a 6/10. Not the best with it's progression, gets repetitive and boring past lvl 30. If they made the main and side quests more unique and fun, and just not repetitive I'll edit this to like an 8/10. No game is perfect. Now I'll probably get roasted in the comments "Oh you just have not seen everything the game has to offer!" Doesn't change the fact its progression sucks which should be the 1 thing you should get right. I just was underwhelmed about this release, expected a lot more than a repetitive game. Back to waiting for holy war x and rell seas which will be the actual best releases of the year.
I feel like there should also have more gameplay focus around bosses, like bosses having certain drops that are ONLY obtained through killing them, maybe weapons that have unique skills or something along those lines.

I mean it's pretty similar to a simulator muchlike a lot of MMOs are. Still better than most simulators on roblox though. I know that's not saying ANYTHING AT ALL considering simulators usually suck but eh.

bro i hate the developer who had the idea of putting quests to follow npcs it's so tedious The NPCs seem to be blind because they do not walk on the correct path and make detours or when the npc makes you walk through where the mobs are and you end up triggering the whole area and they combo you to death. edit: also the area shrinks and enlarges for some reason so you have to be very close to the npc because if you leave for 5 seconds everything resets which makes it even more tedious.
Game developers stopped doing escort missions like this (stay in the circle!!!) a whole 10 years ago because the playerbase universally hated them. what were they thinking adding them to this game???
No race change not even for robux. No weapon ability’s but some npcs can use the same ability’s from the same slot, no weapons? What rpg doesn’t have a regular sword class? People can pk you and you can’t do anything about it. If you fight back then you become a pker. Pay to convenience is crazy. Some non humanoids block which makes them 5x harder to deal with especially when the only valid way to level is to group enemies up not fight them 1 at a time. This game is legit just a decent game to play while we wait for Rell seas. Just my opinion though.

Game sucks, whats the point in grinding, the game only has three moves per weapon from what ive played and thats pretty boring, your basically working up to nothing, and the moves aint even that cool.

Game seemed good at first until you realize how linear it is. There is nothing to do besides gather the same couple items over and over and XP grind on mobs.
Same and I have all the free ground mounts and got horse twice. I also grinded them all to level 10. JUST WAIT FOR THE AERIAL MOUNT GRIND IT'S 1% INSTEAD OF 3 AND THE QUEST IS WAY HARDER

@Balance05 whats so hard about it? Putting 3 rng weapons on the same mob, I did the aoe strat and got 5 starfall staffs and 2 stardust daggers and since the market is so bad there's never a Phoenix bow to buy.

Game needed way more unique bosses with unique drops. Every mob plays the exact same, wait for attack, parry, do m1 combo or use skill, repeat. We needed more cool bosses and gameplay around them.
the hp regen feeling so stupid i have 4k hp and i heal up 6 per 2 seconds im not grinding 3 hours for fishing and picking cottons for some potions i will use in a hour and the boss fight in this game is worse than blox fruits specially the lvl 15 boss and gaining exp after lvl 20 is pretty dam annoying and obtaining mounts is pain honestly it's not worth hyping it for the past 3 years
i agree but boss fights are 100% much better than blox fruits. i despise that game with a passion. it just does EVERYTHING wrong. only thing the devs know how to do is how to attract the attention of toddlers and 7 yr olds into grinding it and spending robux which is imo actually very smart
Was excited to play, wanted to be an assassin and everything, even made a guild, just to find out dagger is literally ass and everyone uses greatsword 😐 Let’s not forget the damn inventory space and storage, why do we have more space in our inventory than a damn building?? And even then your inventory gets filled super fast Paying to teleport is also a huge pain. I literally cant progress and just gave up because I’m not about to sit here and run back and forth
Yeah i can't lie its fairly well made, but there arent a lot of obtainable loot items, the weapons are kind of underwhelming as hell, the enemies are literally just reskins. The only different enemies are when you first encounter the ogres (as far as i have played anyway). There is a lot of other things missing but you covered most of everything

spent 2 days playing the game noticed that i can't do shit if i don't have any robux game became walking simulator/bandit beater after lv20 quit the game
The monsters just being reskins of each other make killing them not feel very rewarding, and the boss fights I feel are not hard enough either. Lord Veto was definitely not what I was expecting, he just felt like another bloodbrother ogre hunter if I’m being honest. Also the fact that there is party loot sharing is kind of weird but not really a big deal. The main quest just feels overall very easy and I hope the next update spices things up a bit ^^
crazy amount of bugs and i absolutely HATE the combat, quality of the game overall is good and linear progression isnt an issue to me but i just cant play because of the combat, even in testing i warned them that the combat was dogwater because it is a fucking snoozefest, if you see eclipse play it you see exactly what youll do for every single npc you encounter in the game which is parry m1 m1 parry m1 m1 repeat until its dead.
I was kinda hyped for the game until i went on decided i was gonna be a mage, rolled my 3 spins got absolutely nothing i was real close to buying more spins and decided to check up the codes, only to find out the codes dont give spins not even ONE so i said nope n haven't touched it since.
The game is pretty good. But if your PVE'ing in a non pvp area, and are not flagged...expect to still be ganked. Mind you, the end game PVE quest chain takes you through PVP areas as well. Oh yeah...and all of the resources are in those pvp areas that you require for end game gear. Get some friends and find a dead server.
walking simulator, and even when you get to level 20 and have the chance of getting a mount, its only a 9% chance and it takes hell of a time to do each quest. Not only that all the mobs are the same, they attack the same, move the same everything.
6:01 there is no wipe character option because of the passive spin if there would be wipe character then ppl would just create character spin for 1% passive and if they dont drop it they would remove character and create new one😅
Foods are super op easily give you tons of level worth of stat improvement. Pets give you buffs depending on which one you have but it sucks. You don't have to do the main quest, its just to help you understand the progression therefore it makes you harvest/kill things at higher level as you progress the quest. I don't do the main quest after I understood the core mechanics of the game.
No point to play a Roblox rpg if u can play a regular one that’s just 10x better and the PvP of the game is trash and the pve is trash boring game that’s y its losing players only reason people play Roblox games is because there so good real games for what they want to play. No good real one pice game out then people well played a good Roblox one pice game but if there was a good real one pice game out nobody would play Roblox ones
This is a broken game you need to pay $30+ for to be able to do something. I think thats wrong for the roblox platform its full of gambling to and it makes kids very unhappy. If these guys want to do rip deals and farm whales they should be forbidden on the roblox platform period.

Yes, but the healing margin is so INCREMENTALLY SMALL, a 4k hp tank only healing 8 hp per second is not good.. ESPECIALLY when your constantly fighting bosses.
Turned of the game when i realized the " Toxic mobs" qhere reskins of earlier mobs. I quickly envisioned a grindy future and turned of the game in that same moment. Never again😂

The worst thing this game has are the mounts, bro I got my mount at lvl 46... LEVEL FOURTY SIX like maybe im slow and some ppl get it much earlier but its so BAD, having a mount is super important and making it difficult to obtain is a huge L. I say it's important because long travels are required and running thousands of fucking miles is annoying.
On the " Wipe Slot option " it kinda doesnt make sense, you can simply just reset stats, and customize is on the main screen, so you can change everything about ur char and log back into your character without having to start from the beginning.
@@revolveragz yeah i get that they're wanting to wipe - but essentially pressing the "customize" button on the main menu allows them to redo everything they could possibly want too. I only see the problem being the fact that its behind a paywall ur able to reset points instead of "wiping" and i understand that point 1000%

"progress" as in??? storyline??? something youll have to do??? sidequests that are repeatable??? the legit ONLY thing it makes sense with, is weapon lvls... and even then it aint hard to get to 13 i got 3 weapons with lvl 13 and im only lvl 50? So let me say again, what do you guys mean as in you want to wipe "PROGRESS"
You forgot inventory space. After 35 for player inv, and less for storage inf, it now ONLY takes robux to increase. *bullshit* yea sure it doesn't matter when you're not grinding for legend items yet, but I checked my shit a while ago to upgrade them because common to legend materials take up so much space and lo and behold! The upgrade button is nowhere to be seen. This game asks robux for the stupidest of things. Ask robux for cosmetic, trait rerolls, battlepass premium, map markers, hell even weappns if they want. But for the most basic of needs, inv space? That's low. And speaking of battlepass, it's complete dogshit. Battlepass rewards are fucking dogshit. You can get items way past your level, and you only get shit like small amount of scrolls and small amount of essence and some faction points. Just remove it atp.
game is ok my only issue is build diversity its very limited u are either magic (they play the same) or a str build crit builds are just horrible and tank really viable since parry based combat
its a good detailed game. however theres alot of bad stuff. mounts f2p very VERY anoyying to farm for. map markers and collect all 2 things that should be f2p since they are quality of life they should be free HOWEVER they are not. few bugs but besides that thats it :edit OH and the codes man. theres been like 10 codes since the game came out the codes last like 5 hours its ridiculous
This game is better than a lot of other RPG's that ive seen on roblox.. HOWEVER, its incredibly bad in so many areas that this game will easily be dumped after like 5-8 months. Dont be surprised.
bandit beater game with unique models for monsters and a lot of pay 2 win items/pets/mounts etc. That sums up the game. All monsters have 2 - 3 moves either shooting or using some 'crit' or jump at you nothing special. Battlepass is pay 2 win, you get epic things at level 65, what am i gonna do with them when I am legendary already at level 51. 6/10 no more.
can we have like a recomendation levels bc im levl 36 and im ment to kill levl 40 and 45 mobs 30 and 25 times im not even strong enough to kill 3 let alone 30

Nahh, this game is not what I expected, I expected smth kinda similar to DQ (Dungeon Quest) where you can beat up different dungeons at different lvls and get progression from it, also I thought this will focus on multiplayer a little bit more, because I was excited to play this with my friends. But this is kinda boring that I can only do these raid things with them. So yeah my honest rating is not that good at all. (3.5/10)
if any of yall know the game new world... just play that... its just a better version of this game its where they copied the stats and progression and EVEN the weapon skills
