Develop Medium Abilites Level One 

I was at a clearing meeting today and a little 3 year old girl I don’t even know she climbed on my lap and fell asleep. So I was holding her in the meeting and then after someone came up and told me her mom died. I realized that I felt her moms spirit and had channeled her. It was really intense for me. I am an empath and have had some clairvoyance but this was an experience of transferring the mother’s love to this little girl.

I smelled my dogs breath and felt his presence after we had to but him down, He was my boy, it's been almost 3 years and I still cry for him. And just yesterday, I heard my boy friend call me into another room but he was sound asleep.

I am an emotional and mental medium, I'm very empathic which helps it greatly. Growing up I always felt spiritual presences around, been interested in the paranormal, and I would "talk to myself" a lot, even vent/rant out loud and hear answers in my head. I thought I was going crazy. my mom would always tell me to stop talking to myself and then I'd suddenly feel irritated as if the spirit I was talking to was like "wow, how rude" lol. But ever since I tapped into my intuition and got into mediumship, I now realize I was a medium all along mentally talking to my spirit friends and feeling their emotions :)

It's getting so much clearer now for me. I never called myself a medium as a child I saw ghosts heard voices everything. I am learning again and wow it seems to just happen faster and easier for me

I'm a mental medium. I hear sentences. But it's all about me. I once named someone's deceased husband. But I only had his name repeating in my mind. I have had a physical connection to spirit. That event showed me how I am.

So I’m a physical medium . Figured that out through this explanation. Had all sorts of crazy stuff happen in my life, can’t start to explain as they are too much and include sensing, seeing, and knowing. As well as going through time loops and knowing nothing I did all night long in certain periods of my life. I guess the most important thing is not to push yourself to do something until you feel ready. And overcome fear and all sorts of negative vibes. Too bad Sherrie didn’t make a part 2, 3 ... obviously it’s for us to buy the books and/or courses. But I feel she is really professional and explains really well everything. Probably will buy her books 📚 :)

You want to just melt into the vibration you feel when they come close. That one time , it was too much almost😇. I got breathless and thoughts got paused. It felt loving of course, but they’re vibrations intensity was almost overwhelming . But I loved it at same time. I’m so thankful for the gift of being able to connect DIRECTLY to the angelic realm.🙏🏽

Great video, I will look up your book. The use of a protection prayer is so powerful. I feel a real connection right now, its as if those who have passed over are calling on all compassionate mediums to help people alive now heal and avoid the great calamity that appears to be threatening us all in these chaotic times. They have a message of peace and healing if we open our hearts and minds. God bless all those connecting with the messages of peace, love and forgiveness coming through from the other side.

When I was 14-15 I would actually hear spirits in their voice as well as sometimes just getting what i called downloads, I heard in my voice “its a 12 year old boy” It would happen so often and I thought I was going crazy but my mom told me that I had a gift. I asked the spirits to stop because it was scaring me and it never happened again. Now that I’m almost 20 I realize that I want that gift to come back. I used to hear my mom and sisters thoughts randomly and that also went away and now the only things that occur are synchronicities, where we say the same thing at the same time. I also do see spirits but I can’t control that, I’ve lived in the same house for 10 years and I’ve seen the same little boy about 4 times, my sister saw that boy in her dreams too (he was covered in soot) but in the only one who sees him when I’m awake. And the shadow people I used to see often. That however I don’t know if I can only see because I’m not entirely sure if it is a good spirit or not and if they have more energy because of that if you understand. I just wish I could go back, even though I know things that are gonna happen before they happen in my personal life, I want to tap into spirit specifically.

I’m a natural born clairsentient and it has its ups and downs but for the most part I love it

I also felt fuzzy in the head and a little numb and my Father passed from alzheimers, so I can totally relate to the sensations I experienced, I also felt love and pride during the process. Sherrie my mother came in my sleep talked in vibrations through my heart! It was her voice but not deep. She used in her own colloquial which I could not speak. She told me she was disappointed in members of our family.

Thank you so much for this. I actually cannot identify the type of medium I am. Loved ones who passed, usually present themselves to me in dreams. They usually have messages. But I saw one of them in his spirit form once (just the outline of his body. I could perfectly see his features and all. I got scared and started screaming, so he got very nervous, did not know what to do, stood there for a minute or so and then left in confusion and desperation). I also saw another spirit, a stranger, right after waking up. It was a man. When I saw him, I thought a burgler had broken into the house , because he looked as clear and colorful as a living person, so I started screaming and woke my husband up. .The first time I saw a spirit was at the age of 10, while getting ready to go to school. It was the shining outline of a woman's figure, sitting on my bed. Truth is I had been trying to contact the spirit of a girl with my friends those days. I usually get very scared when seeing spirits, cause it happens when everyone else at home sleeps. I have also heard spirits. I once heard one of them whisper name clearly to my ear. Another time, a sweet girly voice said my name aloud. I was fully awake, it was not in my head, it was somebody talking to me. I got really scared and left the house right away. One day, after waking up, I heard my dog whining (she usually did that when she was alone in a room of the house, cause she was a puppy). Suddenly, I heard the gentle voice of a middle aged woman (around 54 years old I instantly knew) "are you alright?" she said to my dog. Maia, my puppy, instantly went quiet. I got up the bed, ran to the room to see if anybody was there, but no people around, just Maia. It has not happened to me anymore. I'm quite confused, cause I don't know what kind of medium I'm supposed to be.

Over the years I have had different experiences I have seen spirit in the physical form, I felt my mother circling me as she was passing over and it felt like unconditional love , about four days after I heard her talking to me like coming down a long tube telling me she loved me lots but she was so excited as her family were waiting for her, I have felt my dog run up the bed just after he died, I sometimes hear someone shout my name, sometimes I sense like clairsensient , often I see little flashes of light moving round the room so confused as to which is my strength I often get songs in my head when giving readings or a phrase that comes in my head that is in my voice but I realise was given to me

Oh my, did first exercise and felt rushed. I asked my grandfather to send me message and I felt like I was grasping for air twice then excitement. Like he was happy to see me and giving me a hug. Then smelled burnt and opened my eyes and big flash of light lite up my belcony. Very strong one. Amazing. love it. Thank you

im def a physical medium, i see signs and feel things and get sensations that are like movie clips, but in a sensation, it's weird to describe it.

Your organized presentation, succinct content details of the 4 types really helped clarify how this works ... different methods; can learn to expand my skills by practicing with your exercises, etc. In my opinion, this session was extremely beneficial. I also appreciate the tenor or tone of your voice. Your direct, steady paced speaking, alto pitch allowed me to more easily take in the information. Never paid much attention to a speaker's tone before!! Although I do know when a presenter's pitch distracts me from listening. Just wanted to provide that feedback. Had wonderful experiences . I always tune into Angels . Last week before did tarot , I always pray and shield my house and myself. But I was praying , then room got very loud with knocks , and then as I was praying ... MY GOODNESS THE FEELING I GOT / The goosebump feeling and vibration was sooooo strong . I had to almost pause in my prayer and stop to breathe. It was so loving but the vibration was soooo strong. I almost stopped☺️ I did pause to gather myself .But was in a good way. It was just so powerful! Almost had tell Angels back up a little , my goodness you’re so strong ! Throwing my mental off! ☺️😇

I have been a medium ever since I was young. I have had visits with ghosts, and my great grandmother once visited me. It just looked like she was mumbling to me. And when it happened, I felt in the zone, and I couldn't hear or see what was around me. And when it was over, it was like she was sucked inside of me. I was about 8 when this happened. I was scared.

that was so good - i followed your guidance... i called in my dad... i begun with feeling love for him... then i felt like wheeping, a feeling of longing, then my breathing changed, it was much deeper and the breath lingered inside... i realized that he may be missing me and feel overwhealmed to get my attention.. i felt pockets of warm air on my back and arms... and feeling much more peaceful at the end of the excercise than up to this point of my day that was awesome... if only to get that peaceful tone is worth the excercise i thank you so much

The night my grandmother died, I could feel my room feeling very calm and just a loving presence. I fell asleep that night, an image we have hanging in our house (a picture when I was little when I was in pageants, and she was in the picture) popped in my head. When I woke up I threw up once and was shaking for about five minuets, then went away. I am 15 and have also felt a dark presence once in my room watching me. Almost as if I could feel it. Not see it but feel it. Do you think I have the capability to become a medium?

One time I was sitting in the kitchen and I heard a man's voice, as clear as day say "oh come on now"...for years I've wondered what the heck that was.

OMG! I was doing the exercises and it is hard because I am all 4 so not sure which to practice most but I was thinking of my moms favorite perfume, musk and so later when I was doing the exercises I was holding her picture and I felt excited! I assume because I use to see her as a child and it scared the day lights out of me so she was happy I connected but then I smelled chocolate! My mom loved dark chocolate and she always bought us a four flavored chocolate bar and I forgot! So, I guess that was my sign! Thank you so much! Love it!

I communicate with my loved ones who have passed in dreams. They always validate the reality of their appearance with information about the next day or something that will occur the following week. Once I figured out what was going on I started working towards real time contact. When people come through I get how they passed through objective feeling. For example my dad passed by motorcycle accident. When he came through I felt an actual bonk like I had just been hit on the head and leg pain. It is very mild but very real.

It worked once I practiced the physical side...I broke down...it was so intense...messages came through as feelings and emotions ..so powerful

My daughter sees ghosts and i feel them so I will take note of your videos. My worry is attracting any negative energies and not knowing how to handle it.

A few short months ago my very young close cousin was taken from us in a very tragic unfortunate way. Every night before I go to bed I hear his name being repeated to me and also I may hear it throughout the day even if I am off guard into something. I have always wondered why this was happening for him to always just come in my mind. He once told me when I last spoke to him before he was taken from us that everytime he sees a church that he thinks of me because I was always talking to him about going to church. That was our last conversation and it replays in my mind over and over.

I am a physical and spiritual medium depending. I was terrified seeing ghosts so went more to physical but still have the ability to see just need to remove block of fear. Thank you.

I kept hearing my name...3 times ! My aunt was standing right near me and didn't hear it but, she told me my mother's best friend had died 3 feet away from me ! This was at a place of work and I was in her station ! I believe she wanted her friends to know she was still there ! I have dream visits and I feel past experiences not knowing what happened !

I have had passed on people send me photos of themselves right before falling asleep but I don't know how to connect with those photos because it's not something I can physically hold in my hand so far from what you're saying I have I already know I am clear audience I already know that I'm a little intuitive and a physical medium from your descriptions because of the things I've encountered I've seen my ex-husband when he passed away he literally was standing in front of me my boyfriend that passed away three years ago said to me in my head I heard him say I loved you...

I was calm meditating asking my guide to connect physically - I waited then there was a sharp pain above my elbow I sat in it acknowledging it was real! It felt like a pinching sensation in a poke form. I allowed it so I could not talk myself out of the experience afterwards lol- IM excited about my progress Thank you for sharing!

Im a spiritual medium. And Im not sure how to really grow with my gift. I have been meditating. I was really hoping that You would go over practice for spiritual mediums. Level one. I will order your book soon. Hoping that would help. I can hear spirit. But only in the in between stage of sleeping and awake. Sometimes i forget what they said. Other times it comes in clearly when i least expect it. And my emotional state is altered before hand. Ive been under attack too. And it took me a while. But i gained control over some time. I have realized affirmations help tremendously. Hoping to meet someone I can maybe talk to and gain clarity of what is happening to me for the last 3 years now.

Yes but if Someone is clairsentiant and clairvoyant that adds to it. I see it through my third eye more so and the quick knowing comes too because I am an empath. I can't see them sitting behind the person but I notice smells etc. I use photos also. I tend to do it all of these ways. Spiritual for sure. I have seen ghosts

Hello Sherrie; I am glad I found your channel.When my Mom died I had birds,one a red cardinal which left a big red feather behind.I've had birds smashing into a window I am sitting next to,and a Robin red breast that looked old.It was amazing and these were only the few,and plenty more things followed.The one thing I'd like to say is the Robin Redbreast is still coming around.It looks like it is the same one but it's been almost 15 yrs. and that same bird comes around.I know they don't live that long but that's what makes it so personal.I would love to sit and chat with you because I only seem to communicate with certain people and mostly only very few.It has been that way all my life.I'm not sure why it's that way.I'm not stand offish I happen to be very friendly but I can only talk to the very few and feel comfortable.What's that all about? got any idea's?

Spirit seem to get through to me when I need to pay attention and have actually saved my life as once I saw a lorry coming round the bend I was approaching coming head on to us so took action to avoid it but the lorry actually came round after I had pulled over and miss us by inches , once a nun visited me in the early hours and although I could not see her face saw the robes and felt the rosary in my hand I discovered had breast cancer the week after and survived so felt the message was I must have faith

I have all these gifts I feel everything I have all of these abilities depending on the reading , some people can block me though usually the skeptics. If I hold someone's things or I'm at the place of death I really feel hear everything, what's crazy to me that sometimes I hate is connecting with people I don't know randomly when I'm remotely at a new place , feeling children that were killed tragically really affects me I hate it sometimes because there's nothing I can do I wish I was like the ghost whisperer and could tell the spirits to go to the light but seems like they don't listen . I'd like to know what to do for those spirits I just pray for them and tell them to go to the lord.

I had a strange experience a few years ago. My Son and I were on the computer sitting side by side and all of a sudden I felt a hand touch my shoulder as if someone was standing behind or beside me and gently placed there hand on my shoulder. To this day my son swears it was not him and i know it could not have been him because my son was on the right side of me and it was my left shoulder that was touched.

Well it's the end of year now and we had a just dance lesson in PDHPE and when I was dancing, I felt this continuous thick air blowing in my ear as if someone was beside me but the thing is, no one was. What does it mean because I have no idea???
