Developing Your Story Idea: How to Write Fiction 

The idea of “brainstorming” is great. People, companies, corporations have done this for years, but it involves several people at one time contributing. I like your idea, and the written example you gave, of a writer brainstorming on paper and jotting things down. Asking yourself questions is another great prompt. We ask other people questions to get to know them better, why not of ourselves as writers when we’re trying to develop things like plot and character!? You’re helping to develop writers and visionaries as they spill ideas onto paper! Thanks!
