Intermaxillary segment ( form by fusion of 2 maxillary prominence ) has 3 components. In which one is palatal component which form triangular primary palate Above lines are from Langman Sir primary palate maxillary prominence se nhi bnna chaiye ???

Frontonasal process forms forhead nasal cavity nasal septum philtrum of upper lip maxilary process upper lip upper parts of cheek mandibular process forms lower part of cheek lower lip primary palate and sec palate forms permanent palate ant 3/4 of permanent palate is ossify and forms hard palate post 1/4 of permanent palate not ossify and forms soft palate ant palate is hard palate and post is soft palate unilateral harelip maxilary process s one side ka frontonasal process attach nhi ho pata h bil lateral harelip maxilary process s both side k frontonasal. Sir development of primary palate is from the inter maxillary segment... Not by the frontonasal process... Inter maxillary segment is formed by the fusion of two medial nasal processes in the midline. It has 3 components Labial component. Which forms the philtrum of the upper lip Upper jaw component which forms the 4 incisor teeth. Palatal component which forms the triangular primary palate

@Ayesha Ashraf i think he is correct to some extent.....medial nasal prominence is a part of nasal placodes which are actually the proliferation of frontonasal prominence ...so indirectly we can say that primary palate is derived from frontonasal prominence but to be more precise the correct answer will be medial nasal prominence. That's what i think🙂
