In this video we will analyze the developmental stages children go through from birth to age 17. What happens to a child when transitioning between those stages? And what can parents do to support them through childhood transitions? This advice from our psychologist will help you manage your child’s development.
Each person transitions through age stages several times in the course of their life. Most of them however occur during childhood, when we can literally see them play out in our children’s lives - almost without interruption.
Think of a young mother: A newborn enters the stage of infancy, rapidly followed by the toddler stages. And after the school age stages, children transition into what can often be called the apogee of rebellion: adolescence.
In this video, we are guiding you to understand the nature of those stages of childhood. We are talking about child psychology and learning how to adjust children’s education and parenting in accordance with their age needs. This will help both parents and children to master the transitions through the stages of childhood with love, respect, and understanding.
