In tekken 5 he was basically a devil kazuya clone so in every game they make him a bit different from devil kazuya keeping the key mishima moves of course. Same with jin
I'm actually sad they removed the Soul Calibur 5 Super(or just the special attack) Remake as Devil Jin's Rage Art, that fits much more better than going kamikaze on that poor dummy.
NoirLaro I am glad they changed it. The first one which was a copy of off SC5 disappointed me and I found it lacking. The current one displays how utterly brutal and fast Devil Jin is.
In Tekken 3 Jin was introduced with a similar moveset of Kazuya. In Tekken 4 since Kazuya returned they decided to give Jin an entirely new moveset. However they decided to rescue Tekken 3's Jin by adding Devil Jin on Tekken 5. So yeah, Devil Jin is Tekken 3 Jin. He's been my main since the PS1 days.
I did a combo my self on my brother it's the electric wind god fist then do the three ring circus but don't finish it then do forward circle, and then maybe rage drive
I go here because we went to an arcade and some teenage guy is understimating me like “you cant beat me” “youre so weak” Btw the arcade is arranged like. _/-\_ that so he thought i cant hear him

Thanks, I am totally new to Tekken, and I'm trying to find a good character for myself. I just got into Law, and i'm pretty good with him. But he's become a little boring, and I know most of his moves. Everytime I play with him it goes the same (low move, and then the bicycle. A fist combo, grab, combo afterwards. blabla. Or I get destroyed). The thing I am trying to say is. Should I stay with Law, and become a pretty good Law player. Or should I just get normal/good with a couple of characters?
Mpp Clan first is better master a character and after that play with other characters for know more the moves for face better you rivals in the future and know the moves they would make against you
Yeah, I'm mastering Law atm. I'm almost grandmaster with him now. Doing pretty good I think. But I don't know. Dragunov looks cool, Josie looks cool, Devil Jin might be worth trying, Eddy too. I just don't know anymore
Stay away from Law's slow low move, the equivalent to Bryan's Snake Edge. Abusing that move is a waste of time that will stagnate your play. All that time you're spending abusing that move against those who can't block it consistently, you could have spent learning how to beat them straight up. And if you can't beat them straight up, you won't stand a chance against those who can block them. I think learning many characters one at a time is the best beginner approach. It helps prevent you from getting stuck, because you constantly need to evaluate your character and figure out their strengths and adopt various different styles. You also have a significantly higher chance to beat a character that you know how to play with. Try to focus on improving your fundamentals rather than learning your character. Playing a character that is strong in a certain area can help you develop your skills in that area, and then you can apply those skills on a character that doesn't really shine in that area. When your game is well rounded you can think about mastering one character, and by that time you should know where your strengths lie, so it should be easier to pick a suitable character.
nah, if you mean the Hellfire the imput was changed in u\b+1+2, the other lasers are unaffected (still have the same imput) Hellfire Incenirator while the enemy is laying on the ground d,f+1+2, Hellfire cannon when the enemy is in the air u\f+1+2
Ah, thanks for the reply! On the fence about getting the game since most console players are having netcode/finding matches issues on the multiplayer servers. Your vids are a good archive for someone like me without the game. Thanks for uploading them!
He used to have 7 ten hit combos until T7 and now he has only 2 b+2 was the starter of half of these Ten hit combos, don't know why the hell they were removed though Lost combos B+2+4+4+4+2+(1+4)+2+1 f,f,n,2,1,2,2,3,4,4,3,2,1 (Mishima combo 2, used by Kazuya) B+2+4+4+4+2+(1+4)+2+(3+4) f,f,n,2,1,4,4,2,4,3,2,1 3,2,4,3,(1+4),2,1
Removed since some moves were replaced with new ones b2 10 hit combos were replaced.. Welp... i didnt even spend time learning any 10 hits and only spent time learning ewgfs and practicing transition of ff 3 1 ~ff into cd2. Ive been playing t6 so pretty much... these new moves will likely be new for me since back in the day, you'd barely use b2 and other moves unless you want to deal some damage :V
Both inputs have to he done in exactly the same frame. So 60 frames per second...if you hit down forward on frame 10, you have to hit 🔼 on frame 10. It can be any frame, doesn't have to be 10, but the point is if you hit one of the inputs one frame off, it will give you a different move and different frame data on hit, block, and recovery.
Imma make it simple So.. You normally do f n d d/f 2 in normal order right? With press simultaneously you have to press 2 the same time you do d/f its basically a faster version of wing god fist
1. Devil Jin 5 of the 10 hit combos are deleted in Tekken 7 which pisses me off. 2. Devil jin deleted strings 1,2,3,➡4 & ⬅2,4,2,1,2. 3.Change of counter no attack reversal in T7 now its electric shield. Should of have 2 Parry's 1+3 attack reversal, 2+4 Electric shield. 4. Change of move set controllers ⬅1+2 change to ↙1+2. 5.changes in devil jin 10 hit combo in TTT2 ITS 3,2,4,3,1+4,2,2,1,2 in T7 its 3,2,4,3,1+4,1,2,1,2. 6. Changes to ultimate tackle first it was ↘1+2 now in T7 its ⬇↘1+2. 7.changes to laser was 1+2 now ↖1+2. Is Harada really that dumb to not know, he never fixed them. And am the ONLY person that make a video about Devil Jin. And some didn't even care If you didn't know these changes your not a fan of Devil Jin.
His spinning Demon finisher should be screw like in T6-TTT2 (called bound back then), i would add screw to the 1,2,3,4 combo (Shoot the works), there's a reason Devil Jin was reduced from S+ tier in T5 to A\S in Tekken 7
Its a hellsweep, Devil Jin has the most damaging hellsweep and much unseeable of all Mishimas. You can get up to 55-60 damage from just the hellsweep itself Wallsplat then do b2,1 and deals alot!
@@alainchristienemendoza9982 nah that will give you either down jab or df2 There is no trick on this hard move, the only trick is to do it very fast (You can input 2 with d at the same time then immediately do df, its just the feeling of doing it)

@@megabuster3940 Of Course it matters Devil Jin lost his move set from older Tekken for no reason, Harada is a prick. If Devil Jin still had those missing moves he be the perfect Devil jin.
No. Most people "memorize" just a few. EWGF, Flash punches, Hellsweep, Laser cannon, Demon's paw, Can cans, Up 4, Up forward 4, While rising 2, Down back 2, Down forward 4, Heaven's gate, Demon heel steel pedal, Insert staple combos times 2 or 3 And that's usually about it. After that, most players explore by pressing random attack and movement combinations. Pros master them and more. Hardcore fans lab them all. Edit: Can't believe I forgot a few. Three ring circus, Stone head, Etc
I did and it was fun at first it's really frustrating but when you finally get it you feel like it was awesome then you'll do it again and again and that's how you mastered it
Minor damage, you can just combo off his regular hellsweep. The investment on rage damage would be better. A blocked hellsweep is punishable, his blocked rage drive is also punishable. You can't even use it mid-combo. There's too little reason to opt for it.
Solemn Wolf well... some characters have worse rage drive... example Katarina :/ today I was using the rage drive in a final combo and almost not damage... and I can't use it for a long combo neither...because is something more like a grab
Bound was a bit too much, it allowed ridicolously long combos but i kinda liked it because it required skill to time it correctly. Screw is the same as bound, only that pushes back the opponent instead of just making it bounce from the ground requiring a fast dash to hit and bound was given to a load of moves, like Devil Jin's and Kazuya's d\f+1,2, Devil Jin's f,n,d,d\f+4,4 and d\f+1+2, Mishima's f,f+3 and f+4, Heihachi's d\f+1. It was better when Devil Jin still had his T3 days moves. Just look at this video instead ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AHy2XmwicUY.html
