At i15 of course you shouldn't risk with the electric ..even hardcore mishima players like qudans opt for d3+4 to launch at i15 instead of doing electric

This character feels so unfinished. The devs just went: "Let's make uf4 a heat engager! What happens if they don't have heat? Then its useless. OK what about his pokes, should give him better mids? No, make df1 worse instead and make his 2 new mids incredibly slow. OK, well what about his new morning crow stance, shouldnt we make that good? No, make it telegraphed by giving him only 1 option that isnt punishable."
The only problem with his Heat Engagers is that 3/5 may be evasive but none of them has got Powercrush. u/f4 will never again be the great knockdown tool it was before T7 S4. And lastly, it has never been that easy for him to lose his turn on block and to get launch punished
Uf4 has wall splat. What’s the problem? Nerfed uf4 in t7 couldn’t even wallsplat. And pre-patch too. Df2. 15 frame mid is “extremely slow”? And it makes mc 1 uninterruptible on hit. On counter hit you have a guaranteed heat engager. What’s wrong? Mourning crow. This stance is made for approaching. You should mix it with wavedash mixups. MC 1: slow + on block mid that spikes on hit for guaranteed b4. Used to open the rushdown. It’s good if your opponent is patient, because he can’t sidestep or interrupt it after uf1. What’s wrong? MC 2,2: used for stopping mash and sidesteps. It interrupts even a power crush. Of course it’s punishable, but you can do the single hit for check. Most of opponents won’t react and punish single hit. MC 3: slow special mid counter hit launcher that hits downed opponents. Used for ground pressure, and it’s safe on block. What’s wrong? MC 4,2,1+2: used only for combos. What’s wrong?
"UF4 has wallsplat" ok and? There's so many moves that he has that are infinitely better than uf4 that also wall splat and aren't slow at i18. So many DJs just do bf 2 followups which offer way more utility. DF2 isn't slow : DF2 is -9 on block, no one wants to lose their turn using a basic mid. MC1: this move is the only move that guarantees plus frames and feels like you rely on it after a blocked heat engage. No one is throwing out the other follow ups because they're all unsafe. MC3 is safe on block: NO IT'S NOT. You clearly don't play this character, this man struggles off getting anything off in neutral. They were so focused on combo routes that they completely gutted his neutral. It feels like you rely on hellsweep and for them to whiff to stand a chance. At least make cd1+2 faster or uf4 do more damage.
@@pretzels7437 mc3 is -7 on block. What do u mean about saying that this move isn’t safe? Uf4 has a low crush property unlike other moves I have Raijin on devil jin. What rank do you have?
@@M1ROHPLAYI stopped playing ranked when I got plugged on 6 times in a row. I played weeklies at my local tournament mid April. Also, even if they made mc3 safe, you would need a hard read to use it well. UF4 goes over lows. Awesome. You know what also low crushes? UF3 and it's +3 on block and it counter hits into a combo. UF4 is garbage no matter how much you defend it
@@silentplayer1209 zafina or kuma I think I main kazuya I know devil Jin have problems but he 50/50 not too intimidating like kaz but he have high damage plus frames good power crush counter he is just weak to left side step now like every other mishima his heat is useless now it can intrupted by jab at close rage same with kaz useless heat smash
