how to i rank my count thunder ? i have him level 80 S i have his cards maxed out with att def att and electric damage and i have his sword 0 star but his only rank 21 im not understanding how do i get him to 22 ? my endless judgement is rank 21 and almost rank 22 with just a normal legendary ebony so i dont know why my count thunder with signature weapon only 21
Sounds like your doing everything right, is hell weapon at level 80? The cards even at 25 can vary your level depending on the stats. Runes also have some impact..
