If you're talking about Dante and Nero, well, they are uncle and nephew. They have Vergil in common, and since Vergil and Dante are identical, its no surprise Nero looks like Dante a little (because he looks like Vergil) ^^

that is correct. while you play the game you find out that nero has Sparta's blood in him.

TotalSH: really bro...in the DMC universe the only 2 people that are family are vergil and dante...nero only had a demon arm and that's the only similarity between dante and nero...GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT
