The black thing you encountered at 1:45:50 is a Black Wisp. It's one of the various colored wisps that will chase the player upon sight. As you saw during your encounter, it will cause the screen to go black when you touch it and there will be no way out of it except closing and restarting the game.

so taking a look at this in slowmotion at 11:21 something spawned that's what happened. Not sure what it was but something did spawn. Meaning that what ever it was that spawned you killed it for sure. I'm thinking it might have been a doll thing that people put up in there stores I don't know how to spell it so.
