thanks, Gram! Really appreciate it. I always spend a a lot of time getting the transcription and tab rock solid, but when it comes to performing I wish I had more time! So it being "loose" was not intentional but rather the lack of rehearsal playing and singing it. ha. The production is just a couple of modest mics and a tiny bit of post production. Happy to share if you wanted more details.

thank ya. Not too much of a retelling, at least on the guitar. My goal with the channel is to try and get these tunes as close to possible as the originals so we can all learn from the greats!

@@MikesMusicMethod I find the original to be a bit of a mess honestly, and I say that realizing it's a popular tune. But it keeps going in and out of time, and while some might say 'that's the style', I find it hard to listen to, it's quite distracting to my ears (am a bass player for 40+ years btw). So my initial comment was complimenting you - your version makes it flow much more nicely, your time stops make more sense and are tastefully placed, etc. Nice job. Cheers.

Very nice job! This one is super fun to play. I think that the chorus is Am rather than A major though.

thanks. And....you're right!!!! It's really heavily palm muted and he never sings the third so it's a bit ambiguous. My ear hears the harmony in major, but I just watched him live and he's clearly holding down the Am chord! ah!!! When I listen I still kind of hear it as this blank power chord, but it's Aminor alright. Sam. What song do I do next!? I think that should be my policy. If anyone can snag an error in my tab they get to pick a future tutorial (if it's not super super annoying or impossibly difficult!) So lay it on me!
