But I can't go cause r18. Why can't the chch one be under 18 if with a guardian or parent?! :(

Because it's in a location that you have to be 18 to get into any other time. They're not going to break the law for a concert

Tracie Curtis uh no I'm pretty sure an under 18 can go into a bar, they just can't buy drinks. Iv been in bars before >.>

Yeah, but it depends on the classification of the premises. Pubs etc are often 'supervised', meaning it's okay for under 18s to be in them as long as they're supervised. Most bars/clubs are restricted, meaning no under 18s at all under any circumstances.
