Do you have a particular shaver that you recommend? I have like a G worth of foil/rotary shavers for my face and a big fist-grip shaver rotary blade shaver for my head, otherwise for head hair all I have is Remington's "extra durable" thing, for vacation and such. I tried Wahl's "unbreakable" shaver and I broke it in literally less than 30 seconds of use haha. The Remington seems much cheesier but it really is far more durable. Anyway, the Remington DID come with .5 and 1.5 clips, BUT the blade positions are fixed (front to back, IE no lever at all, basically like "always almost fully closed." Reason being, I assume, so you can easily slide the whole blade mechanism out as a cartridge and get it spotless clean. Now that I cut my own hair due to the pandemic, then realized it's saving me like 1500 annually, I figure I ought to pony up for some really nice "fade at home" gear. Shaved is super convenient and comfortable but I'm getting old any my hairline is starting to recede. Just a bit, and no bald spot. I loved rockin slick fades for like 20-25 years & I'd like to again, while I still have the necessary hair! Money is no object when it comes to superior, durable self-care equipment, so if you tell me that what I should buy costs like a G or something & nothing else even comes close to the quality, then I guess I'll be droppin a stack on a shaver. If it's pertinent, my hair is a bit odd, always been sorta "thin" as in sparse, but each individual strand is SUPER thick. I've used several cheap shavers that my hair literally won't even fit into. Thx either way, for the technique vids in particular! Sorry for the novel!
Man I just remove everything but my brows every other day, hair is just uncomfortable and I don't have time to get a fade every week now. Sub'd, gracias.
