I understand what you are saying but this is what all fighters face in their career and it is the way it is supposed to be. It is in this generation where fighters avoid their problematic opponents where there becomes validity to the argument about having a bad outing. Ali had bad outings against Frazier and Norton. I said before the Haney-Garcia fight that the styles favored Ryan and Devin didn't take his out when Ryan missed weight. It is show and prove time for Devin. If he can do it, the Garcia fight really never happened. If he doesn't then it is what it is.

Devin has never been a pfp number one boxer he's been emailed a belt that he never fought for he beat Kambosos and couldn't stop him despite being the bigger guy. He got cooked by. Lomachicken, the same guy who ducked Tank davis he couldn't stop Regis prograis despite being a much bigger guy, then he gets cooked by Ryan Garcia, who is the same guy that got knocked out by Tank Davis the same guy Devin had been avoiding for years and Devin also lowballed Shakur Stevenson because he knows he'd get cooked by Shakur Stevenson Devin is soft as hell
