Only Chris Sims. Chris Sims doesn’t go along with the media narratives and just watches these kids and reports what the tape says. He was laughed at for saying Mahomes was going to be the best in that class. Lamar Jackson, Justin Herbert over Tua. Justin Jefferson and he said White was worth the 2nd pick….

Devin White was the safest pick in the 2019 draft even though it wasn't a sexy one at the time. I never thought the LB could be such a fun position to watch until you watch him play it!

He is the fastest three steps of any linebacker in the league. He has the most hip explosion of anyone. And his strength when he gets a hold of you is insane for somebody who’s not 65 who can actually wrap you up. He is just so strong with his grip the second he gets your jersey it’s over. It was the same as old JJ Watt but he could wrap his arms all the way around people and lock his hands…White is freakish strong and The fastest closer in football. You look at all these amazing running backs he tackles and they pull spin moves and look how shocked they are when he hits them. They are just used to having much more time to pull off these maneuvers. He’s to fast.

There was a time when many experts didn't think the Bucs should "waste" a No. 1 draft pick on an off the ball linebacker or draft Devin Bush instead. Thank god Jason Licht ignored the so called "experts." White was so dominant last year he completely took over several games. The Falcons and Raiders games come to mind.
