Wow. That is amazing 😃 I just figured out the other day that the Devon energy center is actually higher than the one world trade center in NYC. The Devon energy center is 844 ft + 1201 ft above sea level and the one world trade center is 1776 ft +33 ft above sea level. The Devon energy center is about 236 ft higher. The very top of a building in NYC that is 1168 ft high is even with the ground in OKC. It's hard to believe that OKC is 1201 ft above sea level because it's flat. OKC is actually very high.

Wichita, KS needs either a new taller building or a tall icon. Somewhere around 40 to 45 stories and 550 to 600 feet tall. Though Wichita lacks taller buildings we do have The Epic Center which rises 387 feet above street level. It has a 15 foot antenna that is not counted but the building is likely at least 400 feet with the tallest antenna.

The Devon energy center is actually higher than the Salesforce tower and even higher than the one world trade center in NYC(tallest building in USA). The very top of a building in San Francisco would have to be 1149 ft high to be even with the ground in OKC. That means that the ground in OKC is actually 79 feet higher than the Salesforce tower which is the tallest building in San Francisco. How are you doing down there San Francisco?

@@davidsimon1324 above sea level doesn’t have shit to do with the fact that it’s still shorter than Salesforce Tower in San Francisco. Once the 910 foot tower in SF is completed, devon tower would be 4th tallest in SF. It doesn’t matter above sea level because that’s not how a building is measured. Above sea level isn’t part of construction when a building is leveled from ground level to the highest peak in the sky. Quit trying to inform people about sea level bullshit because it doesn’t work like that. No building in the world is ever measured with above sea level being included. Please get informed correctly.

By that standard, any skyscraper, or single story structure, in Denver is higher than the Devon Tower.

Google is going to make a headquarters here, and the Omni Hotel is under construction

Emotional Bread lol google isn’t making a headquarters there. That’s still here in the San Francisco Bay Area in Silicon Valley. They are making a Google village in San Jose, and the headquarters will remain in Mountain View.

The only other new skyscraper is Bank of Oklahoma building next door, and a high rise hotel (Omni).
