I asked Brian Shaw if he would get into armwrestling when I met him at worlds strongest man last weekend. He said he’s thinking about it.

Mark felix explodes apples i guarantee its the strongest grip period. And shaqu i seen him in florida in person that dude you cannot even fathom his size. Im good sized and i felt like a infant by him. If he wanted to hurt someone and hurt them bad there would be nothing that person could do. Trust me on this. The dude could knock your head off from 4 ft away and not even be close to you. Hes wider then my refrigerator . You cannot explain someones size like that. Tyson furry is another one i seen down here . The dudes no joke but shaque is on another level.

Totally get that after practice I’m done for 2 days work into resistance bands and then lifting armwrestling specific movements. Help me but sometimes you pull too hard practice you need more rest and it’s difficult in your mind not to workout and wait another day or two, brain battle.

I worked with a guy who picked up 20 foot aluminum extension ladder from the base on the ground then picked it up and set against the wall.

I feel like it's way harder for these already grown up men like Brain Shaw and Kirill to get to the top. If they started when they were 18 only then we would see a world no 1.
