as someone who used to work at old country buffet i never understood why people think buffets run out of food or dont like customers that eat a lot. We were throwing away enough clean hot food each night you could feed our entire cities homeless population
~That's the problem. You're not eating enough. (Healthy food) ~He's having problems with his cooling system. You need to run more (fat off of you)food through a big system.
Devon always hanging around other arm wrestlers sort of hides the fact of how big he is himself. Devon is probably 6'4" and 300lbs and he's relatively lean. Dude is a fucking monster.
Hey coach Ray, what is Corey’s current weight ? Anyone have any clue ? I know he said he was going to lose some weight and was in a solid diet. Just curious where he is at
@@Tasmanaut thank you but my recovery is so fast if I put bicep workout that day only in getting pain the next day I have no pain in bicep and if I train bicep 3 times a week 24sets per week is okay ?? Or need more ??
@@Tasmanaut which will give me better result bro 3 times a week each muscle with medium intensity or 2 times a week each muscle with high intensity pls replay me so I can start workout
train whatever you want. stop before you damage yourself. write down your experience. make it harder next time. maybe you can work out one time 24/7 . who knows.
I've never trained a day in my life, I'm 6 feet 1 (186cm), slim at 176 pounds (80 kg) but I somehow litteraly eat like a horse. Whenever I go to a buffé with colleagues, the staff always say goodbye to everyone except for me. Not kidding, I go 5-6 full plates easily if it's good. Must be something with metabolism? I've always been very healthy. I'm still to meet my match, bet it'll never happen unless I go with a strongman, powerlifter or something or just someone really fat.
Devon dont even try to compete with corey when it comes to eating. This guy could eat you along side your plates and he would still be waiting for dessert
