There will be other Dewalt videos. Brushed, brushless, flexvolt, led lamps etc. Keep an eye on the channel if you want to check them. If my videos help you please consider supporting. Subscribing, leaving a like is one way of doing that.
The captions were funny. Good job getting it back together. I’m not sure I’m going to tackle my trouble light. I don’t have any experience soldiering electronics. Who knows. May be this is the time to start. 😁

A well trained ape can certainly do what i can do. Which means, if you want you can be a local Nicola Tesla compared to me.
@ Thank you for the encouragement. I decided to take it apart after all. Looks like the negative lead right at the connection to the adapter for the battery broke free. A little bit of solder and I think it will be back in action. I think YOU'RE the local Tesla! Thanks again!😁
My light started acting up when pressing the on/off button it doesn’t always come on and then doesn’t stay on. This will be a good video when I take it apart so I remember how it goes back together and how to looks for issues !
I’m trying to take it apart and the very first part that yout took off the one side of the handle won’t come apart right where it pivots where the hidden screw was behind the sticker. All screws removed and handle won’t come apart where it pivots. Yours came apart like nothing lol Well luckily the problem was a broken wire at the main battery contacts so I could resolved it without taking the one side of the handle but I’d still like to know why the handle won’t come off. I couldn’t even get the first half of the handle off !
I just took my light apart, and there's a massive amount of broken plastic inside. I think it dry rotted or something. My light started moving a lot lately. When he split the handle, there's little white plastic pieces (kind of like a notched tooth) with springs on the ends; that act as a detent to lock the light at different angles. On my light, they are worn out. So yours might just need replaced like my light. It might be a sign that the shell of the light is at it's end of life. My light would fall into the down position for the past 6 months, and I've had it over 5 years.
So I figured out the problem it will only work on new batteries I had to buy news ones because I would put one of the old ones and it’s fully charged and work on my other Dewalt tools but not my LED light so weird
