I have been playing the shit out of the TAM, so much so I'm closing in on a 4.0 K/D and have gotten 10 nukes in three days with it. Then I remembered that the DF105 was basically an auto-loaded TAM and first game, got a nuke with it too. The TAM hull just makes any gun system that is put on it so powerful and I love it. I'm hoping for the DF105 prototype that had a 20mm and the SK-105 turret. There are also a few quite cool domestic Argentine TAM models like the TAM VCTP, the TAM VCA 155 Palmaria, and lastly my favorite, the TAM VCLC, which has either 36x 160mm rocket that have 40 kg of HE in the Mk. I rocket and 46kg of HE in the Mk.II rockets (Which, 46kg is the HE mass of the 16" HE shell on the Mutsu) which would roughtly 71mm of HE pen. OR It says on the Wiki it can carry 350mm (LAR-350) rockets 😳There are no pictures of it having such rockets attached but there are images of the MAR-290 on M4s, M548s, and AMX-13s plus, and AMX-13 turret mounted on a Cent hull with four of the rockets. There is also a LAR-160 mounted AMX-13 hull with the 36 rockets. All would be monsters of HE death. Anything you're hoping to see added?
The TAM is one of those vehicles that feels like it might be undertiered, it's very strong right now. I have seen a picture of the VCLC, it would be interesting to see what BR that would end up at if it got added. As far as stuff I'd like to see, it would be nice to get one of the 105mm Sheridan prototypes, as well as the BMD-2/3
i'm too unskilled to get nukes every game, but on friends account the very first match had 8 kills. absolutely no skill vehicle, tanked 2 atgms to side without any damage
stand out in the german tech tree oddly enough good all rounder despite its bad depression and lack of a stabilizer at a br where they are so common . still has a stable platform though with the cruise controls on urban maps.
